Who are the "birds"?

A QUESTION:

Ezekiel 38-39 is the same event so Revelation 20:7-10. What do you think?

Yes, these scriptures complement each other. Such parallel scriptures define the meaning of Revelation's symbols and identities.
Yet even among some chosen ones (anointed), these "birds" and "wild animals" are mistakenly viewed as anointed ones partaking of the marriage feast.
When these "hated birds" and "WILD animals" (Eze.39:4; Rev.19:17,18,21; 18:2)......

"eat the flesh (Gal.5:16,17; Rom.8:5 -powerful wicked leaders) of mighty men and drink the blood (Heb.9:19,22) of the princes of the earth (Rev.5:9-10; Rom.6:5; Rev.11:3,7; 6:9-11) as if they were rams and lambs, goats and bulls" (Heb.9:19; Rev.6:9; 11:9,10,8).

"At my table you will eat your fill of horses and riders, mighty men and soldiers of every kind,’ declares the Sovereign Lord."

The carrion feasted upon  by  these unclean birds and wild beasts, includes picking apart both the wicked and the fallen faithful. No distinction is made by these scavengers. They attack and rip the bodies, of all who come before them...
The "free and slave" (John 8:32) (Col.2:8; Rev.13:10,7; Rom.6:16; Gal.1:10).....

This scavenger "feast" is not the wedding feast where the "eagles" gather to the "carcass" (Luke 17:36-37)...
Even though this may seem to be so, there is an antithesis to every event and identity.
...There is a "good" fulfillment, and a "bad" one, during the battle of Armageddon....
the truth,
and Satan's misleading counterfeit.

You may note that this scavenger feast upon the wicked and good, takes place on the "mountains of Israel".
These mountains ARE the faithful chosen (Eze.36:8; Isa.49:11,12,13; Ps.72:3; Joel 3:18), not the hated birds and wild animals who are gorging themselves upon them. The wicked have fallen "on the mountains of Israel" also, because that is where they have been exposed as spiritually dead, by revealed truth.

If you note in Rev.20:12, the truth is revealed about the wickedness of earthly religious leaders (2Pet.3:10,7; Rev.13:4;  2Thess.2:3,8) by means of "fire" (Eze.38:19,22;  2Pet.3:10,12; Rev.20:9,10;  1Cor.3:13) which is the symbol for God's judgments of Truth (Heb.12:29; Isa.33:14; 66:15; 10:17; Jer.23:29; Jer.5:14NIV) delivered by means of his prophets (2Thess.1:7; Rev.11:5; Jer.5:14NIV).

Who then, are these birds and wild beasts, who will enjoy a feast when the wicked deeds of the powerful are exposed? Who are these same birds and wild beasts, who also mercilessly feast on the faithful, after they are unjustly condemned and killed? (John 16:2; Rev.11:7-8,9-10; Hab.3:16; Job 30:16,17; Ps.109:3-4,5; 22:20-21,13; Luke 21:20; Ps.88:17; 124:3-4,5-6,7-8; Rev.12:15,16,14)
Yet God does not abandon them. Despite the merciless treatment to, and trampling of Christ's brothers, they will be sustained during their tribulation (Rev.12:6; 11:2,3,4,5; Amos 8:10).



Just take a look on all the forums which tear apart every fault of the "watchtower" and it's leadership,
it's policies, and it's "shepherds"; after the dead condition of these have been exposed (2Thess.2:8; Rev.16:15; 3:18;  2Pet.3:10; Rev.3:1; Deut.28:37; Ps.74:14). Look at how the "flock" of "birds" are gathering and circling the "dead", and how the "packs" have begun to work together, to take down their prey.
Look at how they speak injurious contempt... not only against those who are judged and condemned by the truths of Christ, but also against the Holy Ones, as these suffer during their ministering in the wilderness, after their own expulsion from the "camp" (Heb.13:13; Mark 13:13; Rev.11:3,7-8,9-10).
These "birds" and "wild animals" may feel righteous and wise, while they gnaw apart the fallen... both wicked and good. But this does not mean that they themselves are free of Satan's deceptive power, nor do they sincerely search for Truth, or have faith in God and a desire to gain His favor.
They are drawn to all the condemned...both the spiritually dead and those unjustly condemned by men for their witness to truth. Yet these scavengers are not drawn to the sacrifice of those spiritually living...those who have sacrificed their lives to offer others the fine fruit of truth (John 12:24-25; Mark 8:35; Rom.12:1; 6:5;  2Cor.2:14,15; Rev.6:9; 11:7,8; 12:11; Mark 8:35; Luke 17:37; Job 28:7-8) (John 15:5,8; Matt.7:17-18,19-20).
Though these carrion birds and wild beasts are ever ready to pridefully condemn, they too fail to find and accept truth, and they also will fall under the power of Babylon the Great 
(2Tim.3:7; Amos 8:11,12; Rev.17:1,15; 18:2)
("Babylon" means "confusion"). (Gen.11:7,9)



Despite their seeming advantage over the "carcasses" of the fallen, they are still unreleased from Babylon's captivity of religious deception and doctrinal confusion.
This is not the marriage feast of sacred secrets, meant for the faithful virgins
and those leaving the apostate city...
(Rev.19:9; Matt.25:10; 22:8-9,10; Luke 17:37; Rev.11:8; 17:18; 18:4).
This "marriage feast" is meant for the perceptive "eagles" (Matt.24:28 ("carcass"=Greek-"slain" plural); Luke 17:26-27,28-29,30-31,32-33,34-35,36-37; Job 39:27,29-30; Jer.3:14-15NKJV)
who feed gratefully on the "slain" bodies (Matt.6:22; 24:28) of the fallen faithful (Rev.11:7-8,9; 6:9-10,11; 12:11; 20:4).

It is understandable why the scriptures about these two different "feasts", get mixed up.

[Note: Some Bible translations render Luke 17:37NKJV, as "vultures" when the original Greek was aetos ("eagle") (not opvio-- "vulture"). This is confirmed when Luke 17:37 is compared with Job 39:27,29-30.

"Who really can be saved?"

Questions I received:

Pearl,
 I have been in touch with a brother who told me about the demonstrations you and others did at the summer conventions and I am ready to do it as well, here in my home town.  There would be three of us.
I don't really know how to go about it so i would appreciate feedback from you about what needs to be done etc...  I will do anything to help people wake up and search out those who are the faithful anointed. 
 I also need to ask you some things. 
There are some on the net who have left the beast and claim to be anointed. Are those considered to have been killed, and are they the faithful anointed ones as well? 
 Will those who are truly anointed be directed to your blog? 
Those ex witnesses activists who have left the organization and speak against it -- they are not marked by the beast? -- or are they?

Hello again,
I am always happy to hear of those who are willing to demonstrate to those in captivity. We are warned that the great majority of God's people are in a blind and deaf condition (Isa.43:8; 42:19; Rev.3:17,18). But we still give the witness, not only for the few who might wake up, but for the sake of God's name, who always warns his prophets, so that He provides a warning to His people... being a God of Justice (Amos 3:7; Jer.26:5; 44:4).

For now, I want to get to your other questions. 
I will post them below, just to be sure I don't forget anything...

1. There are some on the net who have left the beast and claim to be anointed. Are those considered to have been killed, and are they the faithful anointed ones as well? 

First I will say, that on the internet, we really don't know if all a person says, is true. They may say that they are out of the WT and that they are also anointed, but we really don't know at first. Dan.11:34 reads;
"When they fall, they will receive a little help, and many who are not sincere will join them."
Of that situation, we are given warning not to misplace our trust in impostors (Jer.9:4; Micah 7:5,6; Luke 12:51,52,53;  2Tim.3:13). Although those scriptures speak primarily of those inside the Beast as being treacherous; those verses include those we may meet outside in the "wilderness" of continued testing, because of what Daniel says at Dan.11:34 (quoted above)... which occurs after leaving. 
While we are in that wilderness (Matt.4:1; Rev.12:14; Deut.8:16; Heb.3:8), Satan is still testing us, trying to get some who have left the one WT snare, to be caught in another snare, afterward (Amos 5:19; Eze.14:21; Rev.6:8).

Secondly, many have left the WT, only mentally, without being "killed" (Mark 8:35; John 16:2). There are anointed who are still attending meetings (Ps.26:4), or those who "faded" in order to avoid being shunned by family (Matt.10:37,32,33). Although such ones may truly be anointed... they are not faithful, nor will they be given the opening of the scroll...
       (the end-time revelations of God's truths) 
       (Rev.5:5,7; John 15:15; 8:31), 
...because they have not been "killed" for their testimony, by the WT Beast (Rev.11:7; 6:9,10,11). That "death" is a requirement to receive our inheritance, just as it was a requirement for Christ (Rev.5:9; 2:7, 17; Rom.6:5; John 12:24; Mark 8:35; Rev.6:11).

Third. Now here is where the most difficult challenge arises, for those who have taken the first step toward salvation (being killed - Rom.6:5; John 12:24; Rev.6:9,11) and are now outside the unfaithful City 
(Rev.18:4; Luke 17:28,29,30,31,32,33; Rev.11:8; Mark 8:35;  2Cor.6:17; Isa.52:11). 
As preparation for understanding that challenge, if you have not already done so, please read: ("Is leaving the City, enough?") << As that post reveals, those leaving must also turn to their spiritual fathers, for guidance ("Elijah turns hearts"). 
But what about anointed? 
Do they have all they need to be faithful, within their own personal anointing?

No. 
Those who still hold on to WT ignorance concerning how the Body of Christ functions; misunderstand the meaning of 1John 2:20,27.  The spirit teaches everything every member of the Body needs, to know the truth, through all the Body membersand all their anointed assignments by God (1Cor.12:18; 10:17; Eph.4:11,12,7,16; Rom.12:5). What a contrast this arrangement of God is, to the design of the "Watchtower", while it touts the "governing body" as the only "faithful slaves" (Isa.47:8,9,10; Rev.18:7), and those Gentiles whom it "crowns" (Isa.23:8; Rev.18:23; 9:7; 13:15; 19:20; Isa.47:6,7), to dominate the bride members of the Body of Christ! (2Thess.2:4; Rev.13:7,14,15,8) (Eph.5:23)

The proud do not accept the interdependence among the members of Christ (Eph.4:16;  1Cor.12:27,4,7,11), nor do they successfully pass that next test of their humility, by Satan (1John 2:15). They do not strive to learn from Christ what their place is under his headship, but rather, essentially assume by their actions, that they should be seated as an apostle, prophet, or teacher (Luke 14:8,9,10; Matt.23:12).
As Paul said, "not all are apostles, are they? Not all are prophets, are they? Not all are teachers, are they?" (1Cor.12:29)
Perhaps all would like to be. But if they have not been chosen to bear a heavier load, that is because God knows what place is best for each one (Mark 10:37,38; Luke 12:48; James 3:1) (Rom.9:16). They do not understand that a heavier load is not a prestige, but rather, a responsibility of service 
(John 7:18; 13:14,15; Luke 22:26,27; Matt.20:27,28). Perhaps it is that very lack of understanding, which influenced God's choice 
(James 4:6,10; Prov.29:23; Matt.23:12).

Can a household steward care for a household, by himself?
(1Cor.12:21,25). He depends upon all the household servants to work along with him (Rev.1:20; Matt.5:15), as all servants do (including the steward), as all obey, cooperate with, and serve their common master, Christ (Eph.4:16). All slaves are striving for his approval, as they keep their eye on their own work (Gal.6:4; Rom.14:12). As we know from Luke 12:45,46; stewards can also prove wicked.

Yet those who serve as a faithful foundation/steward for the others (Luke 12:42) (apostles and prophets Eph.2:20;  1Cor.3:10), 
must be heeded (Heb.13:17;  2Tim.3:14; 1:13), and not hindered or challenged in an attempt to control their assignment as the Temple's foundation (1Cor.14:32,33) (Amos 3:7; Jer.26:5,6; Rev.22:6) ("Prophets"). 
That is what happens, when all those coming out, wrongly assume that they are also prophets (Num.12:6;  2Pet.1:20,21). 
They do not comprehend nor understand God's own right to interpret His own prophecies (Gen.40:8; Rev.10:7), 
but rely instead on their own capabilities ("self- assuming / proud"  2Tim.3:2 and  1Cor.11:29), 
As a result, they become contentious with the genuine prophets and publicly oppose the faithful, bringing judgment upon themselves (Matt.10:14,15). 

Each of us Chosen ones must "examine ourselves" to determine our own place in the Body (1Cor.11:28,29,30,31; Eph.4:7), 
as assigned by God (1Cor.12:18,28), 
and then respect that peculiar assignment, working diligently from that place. All places are needed, by all. ("Discerning the 'Body' ")
So to answer your first question by means of the foregoing scriptures;
Those who usurp God's arrangement of His Temple (the Body of Christ), rebel against God's spirit, and fail what you ask... 
"are they the faithful anointed ones as well? " 
No. 
Even though they may have been "killed" / disfellowshipped, for being unsubmissive to the Beast and Harlot; they fail the next step of testing after leaving the "City". They fail to discern the Body of Christ and their place in it. Being proud, they rebel against God's arrangement, and sin against the Body of Christ. 
You see, there is a difference between resisting the Harlot because one is submissive to Christ's headship (which will carry forward into the Body), 
or, 
resisting the Harlot and her "elder" representatives of the Beast, because you are proud and feel superior to all. 

The test of unity with the Body, (which comes after disfellowshipping, outside the Beast), separates into two groups according to the motive which caused their expulsion from the Beast.
Dan.11:35 speaks of this, when it tells us that those who prove to be wise (those who wake up, begin their refinement, and get disfellowshipped), can yet stumble, because the refinement of the Holy Ones as a group, is not yet finished...
"Some of the wise will stumble, so that they (as a Bride Group) may be refined, purified and made spotless until the time of the end, for it will still come at the appointed time." (Dan.11:35)

Those who are stumbled after proving wise (Dan.12:3,10; 11:35), will be cut off from the vine of Christ and from under his headship (Col.2:19; John 15:5). They will be outside the anointed household of the Master and the care of his appointed steward whom they have rejected. Yet they will not realize that they are outside the Body of Christ, until that condition is later made manifest (Matt.25:30; Luke 8:18).
If they are proving to be genuine and faithful slaves of Christ, they will speak from the Word of God (John 8:47a; John 16:13; Rev.19:9), and from within and in harmony with, the other faithful members of the Body of Christ.

2. Will those who are truly anointed be directed to your blog? 

Through parable, Christ has disclosed that most of those God has chosen as his priests, will not attend the marriage feast, nor receive the revealing of "the true words of God" (Rev.19:9; 10:7). 
Why? 
Because they are preoccupied with the spiritual commerce of the Beast (Matt.22:3,5,8; 25:10; Rev.13:17; Isa.56:11,12; Luke 12:19,20; Rev.18:3; Jer.51:7; Isa.19:14; 28:7,8; Micah 2:11; Matt.24:49;  2Pet.2:1;  1Thess.5:7,6) (Rev.1:11; Matt.10:23).

But "those whom God calls" will be awoken 
(Joel 2:32; Jer.3:14; Luke 17:34,35,37; Rom.11:26; John 15:26; Isa.60:1,2,3; Dan.12:2). 
It is then up to their own heart, if they continually turn to God in prayer, and humbly ask for His truth, in whatever way He has chosen to offer it 
(2Chron.16:9; Jer.29:12,13,14; Matt.7:7,8) (1Cor.4:9,10,11,12,13; Eph.2:20,21,22). 
Truthful interpretation of scripture and prophecy, will always be offered through and by means of, God's own words found in scripture (Rom.3:4; John 17:17). We all must "keep testing" every teaching, to be sure it meets that standard (1John 4:1; Matt.7:20; John 16:13; Matt.10:27; John 7:16,17,18) ("Fine Trees"). We each must discern and decide which prophet we accept (John 13:20) or reject (2Thess.2:2;  2Cor.11:12,13;  1Tim.6:20; Eph.5:10,11; Rev.2:2; Matt.24:4,5,24,25).

We may ask for and consider an opinion we respect for direction and advice, but no one else is solely responsible for your life or death choice 
(Prov.10:17; 15:31; Deut.30:15,16,17,18,19,20; Matt.7:24,25,26,27).
Yet, God has promised within prophecy; "There will be deliverance in Mount Zion", due to God providing it 
(Matt.19:25,26; 24:22; Joel 2:32; Isa.43:11,12; Rev.7:10). 
Christ's faithful slaves will exist (Rev.11:3; 8:2; 1:20; 10:7), but like Christ, they will largely be rejected, slandered, and killed 
(Rev.11:7,8,9; 6:9; 12:11; Mark 8:35)("Symbolic Death").

Those who have been sealed into the heavens (Joel 2:32; Rev.14:1; Heb.12:22,23) will be producing "fruit" faithfully (John 15:16), for food (Eze.17:23; 36:8; Matt.24:15,16; John 15:8) 
Christ stands at the door and knocks, but if he is to come in and serve food to them (Rev.3:20; Luke 12:37), they must receive it the way he, as head, is providing it... from within, Zion (Ps.110:2; Heb.1:7,14; 2:16) (Yhwh's genuine Mountain).

I have been told many times, that the anointed who recognize the voice of Christ in what I offer, acted in harmony with the above verses.
Like I did, they turned to God for guidance, and for help to find other anointed who are striving to stand as faithful before Christ's inspection.
They speak of finding my blog (in various ways), and express that they believe God's spirit directed them as a reply to their humble prayer.
  Yet there are other anointed (and not anointed), who it seems, do not recognize truth in what I am teaching. They criticize my person, my motives, and my words, but never do so by means of the scriptures. 
They do not come seeking to cling to, and cooperate with, the rest of the Body members, nor what Christ is revealing at this time. They go off, often joining up with others who feed on flattery (Prov.29:5;  2Tim.4:3,4). They gather to the same house / forum, to keep expressing their own proud opinions (Prov.18:2), though never seem able to make progress in wisdom, nor harmonious agreement with their associates (2Tim.3:7) (Dan.12:4; Amos 8:12). They may have been truly anointed, but have failed their next test. 
Yes, this is the gauntlet of the Great Tribulation. It will continue testing the Called ones, until the harvest is finished (Luke 13:24; 21:36). We will know it is done, when the Harlot, falls (Rev.6:10,11; 19:2) 

3. Those ex witness activists who have left the organization and speak against it -- They are not marked by the beast? -- or are they? 

It seems your next question is asking if and how those who criticize the organization might still be marked by the Beast.
I see three spiritual groups who have left the organization. I will try to explain.
Those who criticize can be faithfully declaring God's message of condemnation, OR
they can be like predatory birds and dogs, who crave to feed upon the flesh/sins of others. They do not grieve for unfaithful sinners within the corrupt organization... seeking to do all they can to snatch them out of the fire by giving an open testimony (John 18:20). No, they relish tearing others apart. It makes them feel righteous and superior. ("Hated Birds"
Such ones may not be marked as slaves to the Beast's deceptions; but they have not been rescued from the mother covenant of death, under whose "confusion", they still are. Their confidence in themselves, is unfounded. Only those who come under the mother covenant of life, are saved for eternal life (Gal.4:26,24; Mal.2:5).

Now there is another group who criticize the organization for it's faults. They target the leadership as responsible for all it's corruption. But that group of reformists believe that if the leaders are willing to change, or if they are removed, that this will solve the problem. Such anointed and others believe, that the organization is still "God's spirit-directed earthly organization" (2Thess.2:11,9,10,11,12; Rev.13:8),

and that if the corruption is removed, all will be set right again.
They fail to recognize the true interpretation of Revelation's symbolic identities.
Yes... these ones ARE still marked by the Beast, despite their criticism of it, and despite the fact that many of them are outside the "City".
Among these, are anointed who have been disfellowshipped for standing up to what they viewed as corruption or false doctrine. 
But if they still revere the "disgusting thing"/"abomination"/blasphemous Beast/"man of lawlessness", as belonging over God's "holy place"/Temple/priesthood;
then they are still marked by the false teachings of the organization, and still follow demon-inspired sayings 
(1Tim.4:1; Rev.16:13,14,15,16; 13:14,15,8; 19:20) ("666"). 

Such anointed are poised to become those who fulfill the identity of the ten kings, who "rule one hour with the Beast" (Who are "kings of earth"?) (Rev.17:12), if they return to "rule" after the Harlot/governing body, is removed.
Anyone who still reveres the organization as belonging to God/divine, are still idolaters, and are still marked by the Beast's "number" (Rev.13:17,18) ("666")

So you see, there can be a few reasons to criticize the organization. Those reasons can be good or bad.
We can be criticizing the organization, but can have differing beliefs about it. We can believe that all it stands for is fake, or we can believe it contains God's spirit and kingdom. 
Those who accept any of the lying doctrines of the organization, are still symbolically marked by that deception. It's lies are in their heart... that is the meaning of the mark (Deut.11:18) (Rev.13:16). (Mark of Beast)
The result is that they will be moved by deception, to speak and to act, or to be silent and paralyzed.

Who are the "Dogs"?

"Here's an account at Matthew 15:21 "Leaving there, Jesus now withdrew into the parts of Tyre and Si´don. 22 And, look! a Phoe·ni´cian woman from those regions came out and cried aloud, saying: “Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David. My daughter is badly demonized.” 23 But he did not say a word in answer to her. So his disciples came up and began to request him: “Send her away; because she keeps crying out after us.” 24 In answer he said: “I was not sent forth to any but to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” 25 When the woman came she began doing obeisance to him, saying: “Lord, help me!” 26 In answer he said: “It is not right to take the bread of the children and throw it to little dogs.” 27 She said: “Yes, Lord; but really the little dogs do eat of the crumbs falling from the table of their masters.” 28 Then Jesus said in reply to her: “O woman, great is your faith; let it happen to you as you wish.” And her daughter was healed from that hour on."

The question is, how does it come to be the little dogs having faith and is shown mercy and where are they placed in Gods kingdom? As the other scripture puts it Revelation 22:15 "Outside are the dogs and those who practice spiritism and the fornicators and the murderers and the idolaters and everyone liking and carrying on a lie.’"

Matthew 7:6 puts it "Do not give what is holy to dogs, neither throw YOUR pearls before swine, that they may never trample them under their feet and turn around and rip YOU open."

At mark 7:27 But he began by saying to her: “First let the children be satisfied, for it is not right to take the bread of the children and throw it to the little dogs.”

Please tell me what you see base on this scripture given."

Holy Spirit's answer to you, is found at 1Cor. 7:14.
It reads,
"For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy."

You may wonder what marriage mates have to do with dogs, and with the bestowing of blessings by Christ.
  Normally, the unclean are not cleansed by the clean, but rather the clean are defiled by the unclean (Job 14:4;  2Cor. 6:17)
All humanity born of Adam and Eve are unclean by sin's corruption (Job 15:14; 25:4; Psalm 51:5).
How then can "children" be made "holy" and marriage partners "sanctified" by another sinful person?
This is not speaking of a literal "husband" or "wife"; nor of literal children born in sin under Adam and Eve.
This is speaking of "incorruptible seed", whose father is God, and whose mother is New Jerusalem. (1Pet. 1:23; Gal.4:26)
All such children, whether Jew or Gentile, are cleansed....but not all at once.

In your cited verse (Matt.15:26), you see there are two subjects...."children", and "puppies".
Who are these children which are "holy", by means of their "father" and "mother"?
God and Abraham are the fathers of these (John 8:37,41), and their mother is the Law Covenant (Gal.4:24), which cleansed the "children" of sin by means of animal sacrifice. Since the time of Moses, sin need not rule as king anymore over God's nation (Rom.5:14).
If you read Matt.15:24, you will see that those under that Law covenant, were shown the favor of life, and preference for the inheritance of Abraham, first. (Matt.10:5,6; Rom.15:8) They were Christ's "little flock" of anointed Jews.
As we know, that favor of life and inheritance, was then extended to the Gentiles, who were the ones previously considered unclean "dogs". This was because the Jews in general, rejected God's means of salvation, the promised seed, Christ (Gal.3:16; Acts 13:46; 3:26; 18:6; 26:20; 22:21).
But how would dog-like Gentiles be cleansed?
We recall 1Cor. 7:14.
Whoever God the heavenly Father...or New Jerusalem the heavenly mother covenant (Gal.4:26) adopts, is thereby cleansed. Did this happen for Gentile "dogs"?
Please read Acts 10:15,45,47,34,35. Yes, even these puppies would now receive mercy (1Pet. 2:10; Rom.9:25), be cleansed (Acts 11:9; 10:34,35), and adopted into Covenant with God. They would join the little flock of cleansed Jews who accepted Christ (Luke 12:32; John 10:16; Isa.56:8; Eze.34:23; John 11:52; 17:20; Rom.11:25).
The Gentiles were now being called by God's spirit to join the anointed temple and body of Christ, and become Jews in spirit (Rom.2:28,29; Gal.3:26,27,28,29)... to become "one flock" under "one shepherd" and equal heirs of the kingdom.

God can raise up heirs for Abraham even from stones (Matt.3:9; Eze.36:26,27,28; Deut.30:6; Rom.2:28,29; Gal.3:29), so that His promises to Abraham are fulfilled (Gal.4:28; Heb.6:12). If not completely filled by those of Abraham's flesh, then by those of Abraham's faith who become Jews in spirit.
So,
while the account of Matt.15:21-28 occurred before the door was opened to the Gentiles to be cleansed and adopted; Jesus recognized the woman's faith (Matt.15:28). Having Faith like Abraham would soon result in Abraham's inheritance, the promises, and the son-ship to God, to both chosen Jews AND chosen Gentiles. (Heb.6:12; Rom.4:13,16; 3:22,24,30; 9:8; Gal.3:7,14; Rev.5:9,10; 7:9)

No longer is the inheritance of the kingdom due to flesh (Gal.5:6; 6:15; Rom.2:28,29; John 1:13). In this way, the wall was taken down between Jew and Gentile (Eph.2:14,11-22; 3:1-6), making them into "one flock" of anointed heirs of the kingdom, under the one shepherd, Christ. (John 10:16)

What then of the dogs in Rev.22:15 and Matt.7:6?
First, take note of the disposition of these....
"trample" "rip you open" "those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood." (Isa.56:11,10)

Do these sound like those with the "faith of Abraham"?
(or even the "puppy" in Matt.15:27,28 who was humble enough to "treasure, not trample", mere crumbs from Christ?) (and considered herself Christ's slave)
You see, we are all born in sin and unclean. ALL those who inherit the kingdom must "walk by spirit" and repent, regardless of Nationality. Those who do walk by spirit, no longer sin willfully. They have been "made new". This was accomplished through much suffering and struggle (1Pet. 4:1; Gal.5:16;  1Cor. 6:11; Eph.4:13; Matt.5:48; Eph.5:1;  2Cor. 7:1; James 1:4; Rev.14:5; 20:6) combined with the blood of Christ on their behalf (Rev.5:9,10; 12:10,11; 7:14; 19:8)

Have the "dogs" at Rev.22:15 or Matt.7:6 obeyed  2Cor. 7:1?
If not, then they have not been "transformed" (Rom.12:2) into God's "children" (Eph.5:1). They are not sons of God, but rather simply, still "dogs".
If you look at Matt.7:6, you will see that these dogs are compared to swine/pigs. Why?
Because both dogs and pigs eat anything. This speaks of those who greedily gulp down the rotten fruit of lying doctrines (Matt.7:15,16,17).
This is why Satan can use them, to "trample" pearls "under their feet" (Matt.7:6; Rev.11:2; Isa.5:5; 52:1; Dan.8:13,12) and "rip open" those about to be sealed (Amos 1:13;  2Kings 8:12).

These "dogs" who are banished from the Holy City, are not merely fleshly Gentiles, as the woman was in Matt.15:28.
No. They have remained SPIRITUAL Dogs/Gentiles, "disgusting in their filth", and they will die the death of the spiritually uncircumcised (Eze.32:19; Jer.9:26;  1John 3:15). For those who were called ones, yet fell in unfaithfulness,  2Pet. 2:22 and Prov.26:11, apply. (Rev.2:5; 3:18,19)

I hope this has helped you to discern the difference between the Bible's verses about "dogs".
You see, things are not stagnant. Some "dogs" can become the "children", through God's grace and mercy...bestowing upon them a new father and mother. Should they accept the repentance, tribulation, and responsibility of that new family; they then become "holy" (1Cor. 7:14).

Some "dogs" choose to stay dogs, or return to being dogs.
As you see at Rev.22:15, these must suffer the penalty.

Regarding Mark 7:27 the "children" of the Law Covenant (Gal.4:24) (fleshly descendants of Abraham) were to be "satisfied first". In this preference, God fulfilled his promise to Abraham. For the deficiency that remained, God's spirit compensated with physical Gentiles whose invitation would follow,  as discussed in the scriptures above.

The Third [] Third Heaven

I am in the process of writing this post.
I have published it, only because that helps me to write it and use the pop up scriptures as I write and edit. 
When the post is ready, I will remove this section.

I thought I would provide another look at these two related topics.
First lets look at the 1/3rd and the remaining 2/3rds, and what the Bible has to say about these slices of a population. If we consider scriptures where these are mentioned, we can collect the details to construct a clear understanding.

John 14:3  By Jesus faithful death for truth, he exemplified the way to joining him in faithfulness in Paradise ...third heaven.

1Kings 3:18
...Although this verse does not mention 1/3, it came up in my search, and felt that it has relevance. I'll explain. It reads;
"The third day after my child was born, this woman also had a baby. We were alone; there was no one in the house but the two of us."
This is the story of two mothers. In the past we've learned that mothers symbolize covenants (Gal. 4:24,26,28). There is a mother covenant of life (Mal. 2:5;  2Cor. 3:6; Rev. 22:17) 
and one of death (Isa. 28:15,18; Rev. 6:8). 
In the account at 1Kings 3:16-18,19-21,22-25,26-28, 
both mothers give birth. One mother unintentionally kills her child and during the night, she switches the babies, stealing the live one. The thief feeds the live child, and places the dead baby who cannot nurse, at the breast of the sleeping mother. The real mother of the living child can see that the dead one at her bosom, is not hers. 
She takes the case to the judicial court of king Solomon.
Solomon decrees that the child be cut in two, and each half be divided between the mothers. The genuine mother surrenders her live baby to the thief, to save it's life. Solomon has made evident who the genuine mother is, and the child is then given to it's real mother.
I wasn't drawn to this account because of "the third day", but because in the testimony of the genuine mother, she says "there was no one in the house but the two of us". Yet it's obvious, that the third one in the house was the live baby. There were three, and the baby was the third.
Mother covenant members, symbolically breast feed the spirit of their children (1Pet. 2:2; Isa. 66:10-11). The dead baby could not feed on the mother of love. The live baby fed during the night, upon the breast of a mother who did not love the child. That false mother would rather see the live baby die, than have it returned to it's mother. Her vengeful jealousy and resentment may have likely culminated in killing the baby who was not her own. 
The stolen child needed to be saved and returned to it's real mother.
I see how this account contains the same pattern which applies to the experience of the 1/3 of scripture. They too, are stolen by the mother Covenant of Death... a mother that kills her own offspring. Once stolen, they are fed spiritual milk that is not suited for them, due to the selfishness of the false mother. That mother later demands that the child be killed with the sword. The 1/3 would have been killed sooner by Satan's agents, but the mother covenant of life surrendered the 1/3 in order to preserve their life for a period of time during the great tribulation... until the heavenly judge decrees that the 1/3 be returned to the mother of their spiritual birth.
After discussing the three heavens, I will continue with the topic of the "Third".


THREE HEAVENS
Above you see three sections of heaven depicted. The first shows birds in flight, navigating the air. I will associate this level as those who are "Called".
In the second level up, it would appear that spirit beings are in battle. I associate this level of the spiritual heavens, as "Chosen", because once anointed by God's spirit, we must defend the truth and battle with Christ's enemies (2Cor.10:3-5; Eph.6:11-13; 5:11; Rev.12:7-9; Ps.110:1-2).
Finally, in the highest level depicted here, we see the Holy City, New Jerusalem, the Bride of Christ, a dwelling of God's spirit to be with mankind. I associate this level as "Faithful".

CALLED

Jesus said; “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them". To be drawn to Christ, is to be called. How are we called to Jesus Christ by the Father? What are we being drawn to, specifically?
We are told in John 1:14 that the Logos, the Word of God, is who Jesus was before his coming to earth as a man. As a man, he referred to himself as "the way, the truth, and the life". All three of those are manifested in scripture the Word of God, the Logos. We are being called, or drawn, to Christ.
The Way (Ps. 119:9-11,105; Prov. 4:11-12,18,20,22,25-27; 2Sam. 22:31; Isa. 2:3; Heb. 13:7)
The Truth (John 17:17; John 6:55 (ESV) ; Ps. 33:4; 119:160; Rev. 21:5)
The Life (John 6:63,68; 5:40; Phil. 2:16;  1John 1:1-3)
When we are drawn to Christ, we are being drawn to the divine truth found in the scriptures, the Word of God.
All of Christ's sheep are being drawn to him, the voice of truth from the shepherd of their souls. Yet some of these will be selected for a particular path in the course of God's purpose for them.
Being called to scripture requires that God enable that one to have a hunger for and a desire to search out divine truth (John 6:65). This is a necessary step for many who will follow the teachings and example of Christ. It is the first step for those who are purposed for third heaven.

So as we see the birds of heaven in first heaven, these can depict those being carried by the wind of God's spirit, to divine truth found in scripture (Isa. 56:8; Prov. 8:17; Jer. 29:13; Eze. 34:11; Isa. 40:11). One place where this ability of God's spirit is applied, is at Luke 17:37 (NKJV) in speaking of those called, drawn, and lead to the faithful slain, as eagles.
This calling is also for those of the heavenly calling, before their names are written in heaven as CHOSEN  (Luke 10:20). Whatever our place in God's purpose; all must be called to Christ... the way, truth, and the life.

CHOSEN

Those who are purposed to serve as one of God's anointed priests and who are faithful with the first calling (Matt. 7:7-8), will be chosen. Being faithful in being called to scripture, involves a devoted searching and love of divine truth, and a commitment to obey it. Those successfully advancing in gaining Bible knowledge will be granted enough insight to equip them to challenge and expose false doctrine. Those chosen will gradually be equipped to teach divine truth and to defend it. This leads into a battle with demonic deception. It also leads into persecution and tribulation because Satan and the demons fight back in this spiritual enmity. Not all those chosen are willing to continue on the difficult path of Christ's example. Not all chosen continue on, to be designated by Christ as faithful.

The angel that flies in mid-heaven who stands in the sun...
          (Phil. 4:1;  1Thess. 3:8; Mal. 4:2; Rev. 22:16)
...is in mid-heaven because that messenger is a chosen one, not yet finished completing a designation of faithful. All must endure to the end (Matt. 10:22; Rev. 2:25; 12:17,11).

Those who are chosen are expected to give God's warnings and pour out the wrath of his judgments.
The Chosen who battle against demonic deception, battle with Christ against the Devil and his angels (Rev. 12:7; 19:11-12,13-14,19). They are not the only ones called to the battlefield of mid-heaven (Rev. 19:17-18). Others are compelled to join in eating the flesh of those who enjoyed power and authority that was used against God's will. By eating the flesh, they are feasting on the sins of others (Hosea 4:8) (Rom. 8:5,4,6,13; Gal. 5:17-18,19-20,21; 6:8). 
There are many today that have extricated themselves from the Beast organization and its apostate leadership. Those who have suffered under the tyranny of that alliance can be found online, exposing the hypocrisies, falsehoods, abuses of power and shameless luxuries. This is depicted in the spirit realm as their feasting on the flesh of those who held such positions over them. Spirit is guiding those spiritual birds into the battle field, to join in the exposure and demise of God's enemies. Yet these birds do not always do so out of respect for God or Christ. Most do so for personal vindication, and they are welcomed to do so (Eze. 16:35-40; 29:5; Isa. 56:9; Jer. 12:9; Deut. 28:26; Rev. 17:16-17).
Although mid-heaven is where the Chosen will be found subduing the last of Christ's enemies 
(2Cor. 10:3-5; Eph. 6:12; 5:11;  1Cor. 15:26; Rev. 6:7-8;  1Cor. 15:54-56).

Those who are destined for third heaven, are described and designated in prophecy as belonging to the group which is referred to as the THIRD.
