Those who pierced him

QUESTION RECEIVED:
"I am busy reading Revelation again. What did it mean that even those who pierced him will see him?
Rev.1:7

My Reply:
Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” (Matt.25:40)
“Whoever listens to you listens to Me; whoever rejects you rejects Me; and whoever rejects Me rejects the One who sent Me” (Luke 10:16)
"Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually." (1Cor.12:27)

From the foregoing scriptures, we see that Jesus is unified as one with his body members 
(1Cor.6:17; John 17:21,23; 15:7).
Jesus is the head (Col.1:18) and just as with human anatomy, there are parts to his spiritual body that are individual anointed ones (1Cor.12:12,15-17,21). 

1Cor.12:26 reads; " If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it."
When a faithful anointed body member suffers, the head, Jesus, is unified with his body and suffers with it. It is a case of complete unity and empathy.
Rev.1:7a reads;
"7 Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him."
The body members of Jesus Christ are one with Christ (1Cor.12:12,27; 6:17; John 17:21,23).
The two witnesses found at Rev.11:3,4 are also one with Christ.
At Revelation chapter 11 we read of them;
"7 When they finish their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit will make war against them, overcome them, and kill them. 9 Then those from the peoples, tribes, tongues, and nations will see their dead bodies... 12 And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” And they ascended to heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them."
Rev.1: "7 every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him"
Those who see and kill the body members of Jesus and see or witness that death, fulfill Rev.1:7.

We understand that a part of human anatomy, is the rib-cage. Jesus was pierced between the ribs up into his heart. This has spiritual meaning as well. We may want to keep in mind that Adam's rib was the matrix from which Eve was formed (Gen.2:22,23; Eph.5:25,27; Rev.21:2).
At Daniel 7:5 we read;
“And there before me was a second beast, which looked like a bear. It was raised up on one of its sides, and *it had three ribs in its mouth* between its teeth. It was told, ‘Get up and eat your fill of flesh!’

These three ribs that are devoured by this symbolic bear are also mentioned at Dan.7:24:
"The ten horns are ten kings who will come from this kingdom. After them another king will arise, different from the earlier ones; *he will subdue three kings."*
We are told that the king to arise after the ten, is "different". How so? 
Dan.11:21 tells us the difference.
Unlike the other kings, this final ruler "has not been given the honor of royalty".
Unlike those anointed by God to be God's royal priests and kings (1Pet.2:9; Rom.15:15,16; Rev.1:6), 
the arrogant horn speaking boastfully, is not anointed. Yet it has been given <(Dan.8:24) the authority and power to devour, subdue, humiliate, uproot, cause to fall, and pluck out, ...three horns/kings that are genuinely royal/anointed. 
This is the same collective "man of lawlessness" that takes his judgment seat over God's royal priesthood (2Thess.2:4), symbolically trampling them beneath his feet 
(Rev.13:7; Dan.7:19,20,21,23,24,25; 8:9,10,11,12,13,17; Rev.13:8; Dan.11:16,31,32,33,34,35,36,37;  2Thess.2:4).
Dan.8:24,25;  2Thess.2:8; John 20:22; Zech.4:6

He is not from among God's anointed. He does not belong to spiritual Israel. He is a spiritual Gentile (Luke 21:20; Rev.11:2) (LINK) From his position of authority over the anointed, he desolates the holy place/God's temple (Matt.24:15; Mark 13:14).
How and where did this Gentile identity get this power and authority over God's anointed priesthood?
Prophecy tells us that a false prophet who IS an anointed leader/spiritual Jew, gave that Gentile collective a lying image of being representatives of an organization that is portrayed as being directed by God's spirit. (Rev.13:11,12,13,14,15) (see: LINK).

So we are learning about a "king"/horn, that subdues/humiliates 3 kings. This occurs when the eighth king/"man of lawlessness" reigns over, dominates and judges God's Temple priesthood (Rom.8:33;  1Cor.6:2,3).
(2Thess.2:3,4;  1Pet.2:5;  1Cor.3:16; Dan.8:11; Luke 21:24; Rev.13:10; Col.2:8).

As regards Daniel's 4th beast at Dan.7:3,7,8, 
   it is the same as the sea beast of Rev.13:1 and this man of lawlessness.

Dan.7:8,20 reads
"8 While I was thinking about the horns, there before me was another horn, a little one, which came up among them; and three of the first horns were uprooted before it. This horn had eyes like the eyes of a man...
 (1Sam.16:7; Isa.2:11; 5:15; Prov.6:16,17; 30:12,13; Rev.13:5,6,7) 
...and a mouth that spoke boastfully. 20 I also wanted to know about the ten horns on its head and about the other horn that came up, before which three of them fell—the horn that looked more imposing than the others and that had eyes and a mouth that spoke boastfully."

These three anointed kings do not remain powerless (Rev.16:12)...

"The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to *prepare the way for the kings from the East/rising sun/morning star."*
  After Babylon's water (deceptive teaching from Satan -Rev.12:15; 16:13,14;  1Tim.4:1) is dried up for those 3 kings, they cross that river successfully. 
They become the 3 messengers of God, found at Rev.14:6,7,8,9,10,11,12,15,17,18. (LINK)

So, to get to your question directly after that introduction; 
Those who pierce Jesus, are "killing" his body/bride members, represented by the two witnesses...
Rev.11: 
"7 Now when they (two witnesses) have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up from the Abyss will attack them, and overpower and kill them. 8 *Their bodies will lie in the public square* of the great city—which is figuratively called Sodom and Egypt—where also their Lord was crucified."

Notice in verse 8, that their death is a public spectacle.
This brings us back to your scripture, "even those who pierced him will see him".
The revelation of the identity of the faithful slaves of Jesus (Rom.8:19; Mal.3:18; Rev.22:19c) (and also the revelation of the wicked slaves) are due to be revealed (Rev.20:12). (See: LINK)
Jesus and his Father will accomplish this at the right time 
(Isa.11:12; 18:3; Matt.24:16; Eze.36:8; John 10:3,4; Isa.62:10; 35:8; 30:21; Mal.3:1,2,3; Isa.2:2,3; 60:1,2,3)

Who Inherit the Earth?

QUESTION
How can I explain "the meek will inherit the earth"  to my 'Jehovah's Witness' husband?

MY REPLY:
It all goes back to what God promised Abraham. God repeated that promise, to Abraham's grandson, Jacob. 
In fact, *the scriptures I'm going to give you, prove that the JW doctrine regarding who inherit the earth,  is false.*

At Gen.28: "10 Jacob left Beersheba and set out for Harran. 11 When he reached a certain place, he stopped for the night because the sun had set. Taking one of the stones there, he put it under his head and lay down to sleep. 12 He had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth, with its top reaching to heaven, and *the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.* 13 There above it stood the Lord, and he said: ‘I am the Lord, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac. *I will give you and your descendants the land on which you are lying.* 14 Your descendants will be like the dust of the earth, and *they will spread out to the west and to the east, to the north and to the southAll peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring."*

There we learn, that it is Abraham's seed who will inherit the earth (also Rom.4:13, etc.). 
But we learn more... 
The meaning of "angel", is "messenger". Verse 12 tells us, that those messengers will be traveling between heaven and earth, and in the very next verse, says that the earth will belong to Abraham's seed and they will spread out to possess the entire planet.
Why put the vision of the "angels", along with the promise of the people who are going to Inherit the Earth?
At John 1:51, Jesus told Nathaniel, 
"‘Very truly I tell you, you will see “heaven open, and *the angels of God ascending and descending in service to the Son of Man.’"*
Jesus repeated the words that God told Jacob, but added that the angels/messengers, would be serving Christ, AND, that Nathaniel himself, would see it. (2Cor.5:15; Rom.14:7-8; Col.3:24; Luke 9:51-52)

When we keep in mind that "angel" is the original word, but when translated, literally means "messenger"; we can certainly see how Nathaniel saw messengers, serving Jesus Christ. Jesus was telling Nathaniel, that the apostles and Jesus' Elect, would fulfill Gen.28:12. They are those who serve Christ, by being messengers of the gospel of light and life 
(Heb.1:6;  2Cor.4:1,5-6,7; Matt.28:19-20; Acts 1:8; Rev.6:9-11). 

Who inherits the earth?
Abraham's seed inherit the earth... those who are born again as spirit (1Pet.1:23; John 3:6,5; Rom.8:9,11; Gal.3:29; Eph.1:3; 2:6). 
In God's future kingdom, they will traverse between heaven and earth 
(Rev.21:2-3; Acts 7:48-49;  1Cor.3:16; Eze.37:27;  1Pet.2:5;  2Cor.6:16), 
so that the accomplishment described at Gen.28:14 will be implemented, which said; 
"All nations will be blessed through you and your offspring."
That quote at Gen.28:14 is a parallel to Rev.22: "1 Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb 2 down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the trees of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. *And the leaves of the trees are for the healing of the nations."*

We see that the trees of life which bear fine fruit, will heal/bless, all the nations. 
Jesus compared his messengers, to trees... their teachings, to fruit (Luke 6:43-45; Matt.7:15-20).

Rev.21 reads; "2. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, *COMING DOWN OUT OF HEAVEN from God,* prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, ‘Look! God’s dwelling-place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God."

When referring to those faithful servants of Christ, who become spirit-born sons of God; Gal.3 reads;
"26 So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, 27 for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 
29 *If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, AND HEIRS ACCORDING TO THE PROMISE.*
Those who belong to Christ (his body members... his messengers who serve him), become spiritual seed of Abraham. 
They are the heirs of the promise made to Abraham (Rom.8:16-17).
They, inherit the earth. They bring with them from heaven, healing and blessing to all the Nations of humankind.
They are the citizens of the heavenly city that God is preparing (Heb.11:16; Rev.21:2; John 14:3), which will descend from heaven, to be with mankind (Rev.21:3; Heb.12:22-23; Rev.3:12; Luke 10:20; Heb.1:6).
The purpose? To heal them from the curse of sin, strife, futility, and death 
(Gen.3:17-19; Rom.8:18-19,20-21; Rev.22:3).
Those who accept the testimony of those whom Jesus sends forth 
(Mal.2:7; Rev.5:10; 22:16-17; John 13:20; 20:21; Matt.10:40-42), 
receive the same reward of life (Heb.10:36; Rev.2:10; James 1:12; Matt.10:40-42) and as children of the second Adam and his bride (1Cor.15:45,47; Rev.21:2-3,9-10; 22:17; Gal.4:26;  3John 1:4; Col.3:20; Eph.6:1-3; 5:23,25,27,29-30,31-32;  1Cor.6:17); they too, inherit the earth.

And so,
*** the doctrine of the WT that teaches that the anointed, never return to earth, is false.
*** The teaching that distinguishes an "exclusive heavenly hope" from an "earthly hope", is false (Gen.28:13; Gal.3:29). Those who attain an eternal reign with Jesus Christ (Dan.7:13-14,27,18; Rev.3:21;  2Tim.2:12), rightfully hope to heal the planet, display God's love and healing to all creation, and personally enjoy the restoration of God's purpose toward the physical realm. That is their inheritance of divine promise, which they will NOT be forever barred from enjoying!
*** The teaching that JW "elders" are the "princes in all the earth" when God's kingdom arrives, is false 
(Ps.45:1,16; Isa.32:1-2; Rev.19:16; 5:10;  1Pet.2:5;  1Cor.3:16; Rev.21:3,2).
----Regarding Ps.45:16>>> [In place of Christ's kingly forefathers (Luke 1:32; Isa.9:7; Matt.12:42), will come his spiritual sons 
(Heb.2:1-9,14,13,16; Isa.8:18; John 10:28,29; Heb.2:13; John 6:37-39; 17:2;  1Pet.1:5; Matt.18:3; 19:14; Matt.11:25; 13:11,16-17;  1Pet.2:9), 
with whom, he shares his kingdom 
(Ps.132:12; Rev.3:21; Ps.110:2; Rev.14:1; Jer.17:25; Eze.37:25; 34:24; Dan.7:13-14,18,22,27; Rev.5:10) 
(Heb.2:5,16; Rom.4:13; Gal.3:29; Gen.28:13-14; 13:14-15).
They become co-kings (2Tim.2:12; Rev.5:9,10; 20:6) and co-princes (Isa.10:8; 9:6; Acts 3:15; 5:31; Isa.32:1,2).
As heirs of the earth, these will heal creation (Rom.8:19; Rev.22:1,2; 21:2-5; Jer.17:7,8; Matt.7:20; Eze.36:8), and also provide a parenting example to others, which leads to life (1Cor.4:15-16,17; Phil.3:17; 4:9;  2Thess.3:9;  1Thess.1:6;  2Tim.3:14-15; Heb.13:7;  1Pet.5:3).]

*** The teaching that non-anointed 'JW's are those who inherit the earth, is false. 
The "righteous" are those who have been justified by the blood of Christ. 
(Heb.2:5,11,16; Rev.19:7-8; Heb.12:23; Ps.37:29; Rom.5:1,5; Rom.8:30). 
It is also false, that 'JW's are the Great Crowd.

Should JW Elders, Replace God's Anointed Priests?

QUESTION RECEIVED:
Is there some scriptural basis for the JW elder arrangement given the accounts at Exodus 18:17-27 and Numbers 11:16-17?" (TO READ: LINK)

MY REPLY:
Just as brother-in-law marriage no longer applies under Christ,
No... the appointing of anyone to replace the anointed body members of Jesus Christ, is not permissible. 
Please consider:
Heb.8: "5 They (the original priesthood) serve at a sanctuary that is a copy and shadow of what is in heaven. This is why Moses was warned when he was about to build the tabernacle: ‘See to it that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.’ 6 But in fact the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which he is mediator is superior to the old one, since the new covenant is established on better promises.
7 For if there had been nothing wrong with that first covenant, no place would have been sought for another. 8 But God found fault with the people and said:
‘The days are coming, declares the Lord,
    when I will make a new covenant
with the people of Israel
    and with the people of Judah.
9 It will not be like the covenant
    I made with their ancestors
when I took them by the hand
    to lead them out of Egypt,
because they did not remain faithful to my covenant,
    and I turned away from them,
declares the Lord."

As you can see, the spiritual heavenly temple made of living stones 
(Eph.2:6; Heb.12:23; 8:5;  1Pet.2:5) 
is NOT patterned after the helpers of Moses.
It was patterned after the original tent of God and the priests that served in that tabernacle.

If you read Num.3:10; 18:7;  2Chron.23:6,7 you will see that the original pattern did not allow anyone to enter the tabernacle, or serve in capacity of priest, unless they were of the chosen, anointed, and consecrated priesthood.
As was the case with Moses; Helpers are not needed to assist one man to lead God's people today.

Since Christ, there is an anointed priesthood, 
chosen by God Himself to perform the duties of that Temple 
(Rev.1:5,6; 5:9,10; Mal.2:7;  1Cor.6:1-3).
If you do not understand the difference between the spiritual Jew and the spiritual Gentile,
you will not be able to "catch sight" of the "disgusting thing, standing in the holy place"/"abomination of desolation" 
(Matt.24:15; Mark 13:14>"standing where it does not belong"). 

If you do not recognize the existence and identity of the "abomination of desolation"/"disgusting thing in the holy place";... 
How will you be in a position, to flee from it??? (Dan.11:31; Matt.24:15,16; Rev.18:4; Jer.51:6; 48:6)

The "abomination" that desolates God's anointed priesthood, is an Idol... 
the image of the Beast as having God's spirit (Rev.13:11,15,7,8)... an image given by the false prophet.

 Rev.13:11;  2Cor.11:13,14,15)

When we slave for an Image and obey its every command; that is worship that belongs to God alone. Those who accept a position in which they are obeyed without question, are making themselves, God.

You are also in danger of not recognizing the "man of lawlessness", when he takes his seat, enthroned over God's Temple and its priesthood (2Thess.2:4;  1Cor.3:16;  1Pet.2:5,9).
None should take headship over the Bride members of Christ, except Jesus Christ 
(Eph.5:23,25,30,31,32;  1Cor.6:17; John 17:21,22,23; Col.1:18).

You will not discern either of these blasphemous realities, unless you allow all of God's word to guide you, and you continue learning it.
If you search out or subscribe to, erroneous justifications for breaking God's statutes,
you are in danger of believing the Lie (2Thess.2:8-12).

Cut Down and Thrown into the Fire

QUESTION RECEIVED:
(I have inserted the scriptures)
Matthew 7:19 says "Every tree not producing fine fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire." When does this happen?  Perhaps the elephant in the room here is the Watchtower organization.  It claims to be solely producing fine fruits.  There's no doubt that it has stated "truths" that they have walked back on... which would not be considered "fruit that remains." 
(John 15:16; Matt.24:35; James 1:17; Rom.3:4; John 1:14; 17:22,8; Matt.10:20; John 7:16-18; 8:47) 
However, they still produce fruit and have not been "cut down and thrown into the fire."  What does this speak to the WT's validity as a tree producing fruit?"

MY REPLY:
Please read the scriptures as you come to them. 

Remembering that these trees and fruit are symbolic;
Their being "cut down" and "thrown into the fire", is also symbolic.

Matt.7:19; John 15:6

The Bible tells us what this punishment means, how it happens, and even when.
If we understand these symbols of being "cut down and consigned to fire", 
we become equipped to discern, if and when, that judgment is taking place.

Mercy and patience can first be shown: Luke 13:6-7,8-9
The cutting down and being thrown into the fire can be a healing discipline, 
to those humble enough to respond (Heb.12:11)
2Kings 17:13; Hosea 6:5,1; Zech.13:9; Eze.33:10-11
... to God's discipline, and repent:
Jer.6:6; Nahum 3:15; Joel 2:1-2,25; Rev.9:1-4,18; Zech.13:9; Rev.9:18,20
The unsealed "third", repent -Zech.13:9; Rev.9:18 ...proven by their martyrdom for truth 
(Rev.9:18; 6:9,11; Mark 8:35; Rev.12:10-11; 11:7; Rom.6:5), 
by which they become sealed/gain their soul.

Being "cut down", is done, through the testimony of God's prophets (Hosea 6:5). 
That loss of standing in God's favor, 
is a verbal, public exposure that contains God's condemnation from scripture and spirit.
  Being "thrown into the fire", is similar (Jer.23:29; 5:14; Rev.11:5; 20:9; Matt.10:20). 
God's condemnation can come from prophets on earth, 
even while that condemnation comes "from heaven", 
because that is where the sealed and faithfully active anointed, reside in spirit 
(Rev.3:21; Eph.2:6; Col.3:1-2; Rom.8:9).

So, the unfaithful trees that bear rotten fruit, are "cut down and thrown into the fire",
by their receiving divine condemnation (Ps.80:16)... 
...sent through God's prophets who expose and condemn 
(Eph.5:11; 2Thess.2:8)(John 20:22; Zech.4:6,11,14; Rev.11:3-4), 
...by means of scripture (God's word of fire -Jer.23:29; 5:14; Rev.11:3-5). 

If you read Rev.19:20; 20:10, you may note that the false prophet (rotten tree) and its Gentile beast organization, are "still alive" when being thrown into the Lake of Fire. This reveals that these entities can still be in existence to onlookers, even while receiving the condemning fire/judgment of God's Word, through God's prophets... which rebuke when unheeded, consigns them to spiritual death (Ps.80:16; Jer.26:4-6).
(Jer.5:14; Rev.11:5; 3:2,1; 2:21,20-21).


I have done my best to simplify and condense an answer for you,
but as you learn more of the whole picture and examine all the prophecies regarding this era 
(as well as the Bible's interpretation of those prophecies and symbols);
you will see the reality of all these circumstances in greater and clearer detail.
The more you learn, 
the more the whole picture of prophecy will fit harmoniously together, and make sense, 
and the clearer it will become in your perception.

Where is God's Kingdom? [] From War to Peace [] Diversity's Blessing

Updates-additions made, to "Where is God's Kingdom?" below. 

Firstly, I will post two links, which detail a person's right to use copyrighted material, for educational purposes. In this post, I will exercise that right.

My friend received this flyer from one of Jehovah's Witnesses. I'd like your Bible based opinion about the content of the flyer. If you provide scriptures, perhaps my friend will be able to respond to the JW, using the Bible.


My Reply:
Of course, some of the assertions that are purely based on scripture, are true.
Some assertions are not true, and if you notice, do not have a cited scripture to prove the statement.
I have no comment on numeral 1,3, or 4... but I will respond to #2 and #5.

Numeral 2 makes four statements. 
The first, reflects their ignorance about what heaven is. 
Their physical minds are thinking physically (1Cor.2:12-14 NIV), as if heaven could be plotted on a map.
God rules in the hearts of men... 
(John 18:37 NKJV Col.3:15,1;  Rom.6:17; Eph.3:17-18,19; Matt.13:52; Luke 6:45; Matt.23:13)
                (Luke 17:21 >Greek: "inside of you" - see: Strongs G1787
...who belong to heaven, 
even while such men are on earth (Heb.12:22-23; Eph.1:6; Phil.3:20; Luke 10:20).
God does not rule merely over space. At Matt:22:32, Jesus said of the Father;
I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob”? 
He is not the God of the dead but of the living.’"
If God is not the Lord of the dead, but of the living, then he is Lord and King over those who are capable of submitting themselves to Him, as their King. Subjection to God's authority and power is not exercised in the dead or within inanimate objects. Genuine subjection and lordship occurs in the hearts and minds of those who choose God as their King (Deut.11:18; Jer.31:33). God's sovereignty takes place in the heart of those who serve God and obey His decrees!
Jesus taught us to pray; 
"your kingdom come,
your will be done,
    on earth as it is in heaven." (Matt.6:10)
This reveals that God's kingdom is associated with God's will being done, as in heaven, also upon earth.
There are those of heaven and those of earth. 
Those of heaven, do God's will... 
(1Cor.15:48; John 8:23; 6:51; Luke 10:20; Heb.12:22-23; Ps.89:5; 150:1; Eph.2:6;  1Pet.4:2).
Those of earth, do not subject themselves to God as their king (Phil.3:19; Col.3:5; James 3:15).
At Matt.6:10-11, we prayerfully express the desire that God's will, advance in the hearts of all men... thereby making the sovereignty of God, universally present. That occurrence will restore the corrupted Creation, back to it's original condition... when everyone exercises from the heart, subjection to the King.

It is the same with the kingship of Jesus. 
As we read at John 18:
"37 ‘You are a king, then!’ said Pilate.
Jesus answered, ‘You rightly say that I am a king. In fact, the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.’"

Col.3:15

I will respond to each of the 4 statements...

NUMERAL 2:

First: "God's kingdom will rule from heaven"
Since this is meant to mean that the rulers of God's kingdom are not on the earth
this statement calls God a liar.  
How so?
God promised Abraham that his offspring would inherit and occupy the earth 
(Gen.28:12-13,14; Gal.3:29; Gen.28:14; Rev.22:2; John 4:22; Zech.8:23). 
Jesus (the second Adam) and the faithful holy ones (Christ's bride), are promised that they will inherit the creation, away from Satan 
(Rev.11:15;  1Cor.15:22,45; Gen.1:28; Matt.28:18; Dan.7:21-22,26-27). 

That promise to Abraham, was that his seed would inherit and occupy the land (Gen.28:13; 22:18; Gal.3:29; Rom.8:17). 
---On the one hand, JWs say that God's kingdom is a real, tangible government. 
    Such governments have real, tangible representatives.  Yet JWs defy their own assertion, 
    by then asserting that the government is not tangible, but is somehow controlling everything 
    by literally hovering overhead. 
    I don't doubt that this assertion lays the groundwork to accept the expectation 
    that the Gentile "elders" will be the tangible princes, who rule visibly, 
    rather than those whom God has chosen to be ministering priests and kings (Heb.1:7,14; 2:16).
Working through Gentile, so-called elders, is not how the direct care of God's genuine agents of the kingdom, is depicted in scripture
(Rev.21:2; Ps.128:3; Micah 4:4; Isa.49:18; 61:10; Rev.21:2; Zech.8:13; Gen.22:18; Gal.3:29) 
(Dan.12:1; 10:13; Ps.45:16; Rev.12:7; 17:14; 19:14,8).
Rather than teaching that New Jerusalem will reign from heaven
the scripture at Rev.21:2 plainly states, that this is not true

A spiritual king, is a law-giver and judge (Isa.33:22). A spiritual priest is a guard and teacher of God's word (Mal.2:7). 
The royal priesthood fulfills both roles (Rev.5:10), both now, and in the kingdom of God...
"The law will go out from Zion,
    the word of the Lord from Jerusalem." (Isa.2:3c)
No mention is made there, of non-anointed Gentiles, as middle-men.

Jacob saw a depiction of God's kingdom under Christ and his bride (Gen.28:12-13). It was shown as God's messengers ascending and descending between heaven and earth as they serve Jesus Christ..., just as Jesus promised Nathaniel (John 1:51). 
This reigning upon the earth is confirmed at Rev.5:9-10. The Greek of Rev.5:10 literally says, "UPON the land/earth" (Strong's G1909). (Gen.28:12; John 1:51; Rev.5:10)
Yet again, 'to rule upon' is not limited to a mere physical meaning. It is referring to the direct care and oversight the royal priests provide, as parents give to their children. Since Jesus becomes Adam's replacement and he inherits the dominion of the earth, which Adam lost to Satan;... he is not forbidden to visit or set foot upon it 
(John 1:51; Heb.1:6; Gen.28:12-13,17; Gal.3:29; Rom.8:17).
Can you see how the assertion that Jesus and his fellow heirs/Abraham's seed, are barred from the earth, makes God a liar?

Second: "As a world government"
This statement gives the impression that God's kingdom will be similar to the kingdoms of the world.

See what Jesus himself said, at John 18:36-37 NKJV
"36 Jesus said, ‘My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jewish leaders. But now my kingdom is from another place.’  37 ‘You are a king, then!’ said Pilate. Jesus answered, ‘You rightly say that I am a king. In fact, the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.’

Jesus said that his kingdom, is NOT of this world. He is a king of grace and truth (John 1:14; 18:37) since the first century, 
and all those in subjection to his authority and power, listened to and obeyed him (John 8:31; 15:10). 
If God's kingdom under Christ were of this world (1John 5:19;  1John 2:15-16,17), there would have been no reason for Jesus to 
reject Satan's offer, at Luke 4:5-6. Spiritual kings and priests of God, bear no resemblance to the world... as was seen by the life of Christ.

Third: "It will eliminate nationalism
God has no problem with the diversity of nationalism.
He created mankind to have such diversity. (Acts 17:26; 10:34-35; Eph.3:14-15; Dan.7:14)(and Isa.2:2 below)
Creation contains diversity in flora, fauna, and humanity. Such diversity is a display of God's love and generosity 
(Rom.1:20; Gen.1:21,24-25,28-29; 2:16; Gen.1:28; Acts 17:26).
God divided his own nation, into tribes; and set boundaries for their lands (Num.26:55). Any discord that arose between them, 
was as a result of disobedience to God (Zech.8:17; Deut.30:15-16,19-20; Isa.48:18). 
God even decreed that foreigners were to be treated as belonging (Lev.19:34; Isa.56:3,5).
Belonging to a tribe or nation was not the problem. 
Disobedience and a lack of love... was (Mark 12:29-31; John 13:34;  1John 3:12). 
When the earth becomes filled with the knowledge of God (Isa.11:9;  1John 4:7-8; John 6:45), 
nationalism will not be a root cause of anything, except a sense of belonging to your own group.

Fourth: "which is at the root of many conflicts".
According to Jesus, the source of conflict among men, is an indulging without restraint in the works of the flesh (Gal.5:13-14,16-17,19-26), 
...hatred, not treating others the way we wish to be treated, and disregard for the benevolent wisdom of God. None of these reasons for strife, injustice, and pain, are rooted in ones nationality.... but are rooted in the heart (Matt.15:19; James 4:8;  2Cor.7:1).

NUMERAL 5:

Then let's go down to #5, which is their interpretation of Isa.2:3-4
I'm going to include Isa.2:2, because it makes the point that there are still "nations" in God's kingdom, 
so.... "nationalism" is not eliminated as numeral 2 asserted.
For your sake, I will add parallel scriptures that deepens our comprehension.
Isa.2:
"2 Now it shall come to pass in the latter days
That the mountain of the Lord’s house (Eph.2:19-20,21-22; Heb.12:22; Rev.14:1; Ps.74:2; 48:1)
Shall be established on the top of the mountains,
And shall be exalted above the hills; (Rev.17:9; Eze.21:26; Isa.26:5; Luke 14:11; Mark 11:22-23; Rev.8:8; Luke 1:51-52,53-54,55)
And all nations shall flow to it. (Isa.60:1-2,3-4,5,11,14; Rev.21:24-25,26-27; Rev.3:9; 15:4)
3 Many people shall come and say,
“Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord...
...To the house of the God of Jacob;
He will teach us His ways,
And we shall walk in His paths.”
For out of Zion shall go forth the law,
And the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
4 He shall judge between the nations,
And rebuke many people;
They shall beat their swords into plowshares,
And their spears into pruning hooks;
Nation shall not lift up sword against nation,
Neither shall they learn war anymore."

The arrival of this peace, occurs just following the spiritual war of Armageddon.
The warfare spoken of above, IS spiritual (Gen.3:15;  2Cor.10:3-4,5; 6:7; Eph.6:10-11,12-13,14-15,16-17; Rev.20:7-8; 16:13-14,15-16; 17:14; 19:11,14; Eph.2:6)
The sword in Isa.2:4, is the word of God 
(Heb.4:12; Rev.1:16; 2:16; John 12:48; Rev.13:10; John 16:2; Luke 21:24; Col.2:8;  1Tim.4:1; Rev.16:13-14,15-16).

What does it mean for God's servants, to convert their use of God's word 
from a sword of defense and condemnation, into using God's word as a plowshare
Jesus often compared the harvest of men, to a crop/harvest (John 4:35; Matt.3:12; Rev.14:14-15,16). 
His apostles also did (1Cor.3:6-7,8-9). When we plow the ground (Hosea 10:12; Luke 9:62;  1Cor.9:10), 
we are preparing hearts to receive the word of God (Luke 8:11,15). 
Just as the above WT teaching acknowledges, the arrival of God's kingdom will bring the nations to Mount Zion and Jerusalem...  
to receive God's word/seed (Isa.2:3)(Mal.2:7).    
            ["Zion" (Rev.14:1) and "Jerusalem" (Rev.21:2) are of heaven, and consist of sealed anointed.
              Mt. Zion and heavenly Jerusalem, are NOT the WT's counterfeit "mountain-like organization" -(LINK)(LINK)]... 
              nor is the WT the fulfillment of Isa.2:3.
Rev.8:8; 18:21; Zech.4:7

At that time when the nations turn to Zion, Armageddon will be over.
Never again under the Prince of Peace and his bride, will God's messenger angels be pressed to defend God's Truths.

As far as the title of the tract "Peace on Earth -- How will it come?";
  Jesus told us the answer. 
"Our Father in the heavens, honored be your name.
     Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." (Matt.6:9-10,11)
When God reigns in the hearts of all men (John 6:45; Jer.31:33-34),
there will be peace. (1John 4:7-8,9-10,11-12,13-14,15-16,17-18,19-20,21; Isa.54:13 NKJV )

Ripping of the Curtain

QUESTION:
I was reading and wanted to ask ya  something.
When a jew died, the male relative, a expression of sadness grief, , I think male- -Father  would rip his garment.  -I always thought it was a sign of grief. 
When Christ died and the curtain  ripped  from top to bottom; I thought  it was because  it was, a sign of our Fathers the all Mighty Fathers grievance -  Jesus his son, being  the sacrificial lamb and fulfilling  what was needed.
How or does this ripping of the clothing and the curtain -are they related? 
Can you help me understand if they are related - and if so, how-?

REPLY:
Ripping of one's garment is surely a sign of strong emotion related to regret, fear, repentance, or grief.
(Gen.37:29,34; 44:12-13; 2Kings2:12; 19:1; Judges 11:35; Acts 14:13-15). 
It can also be done, to feign strong emotion (Matt.26:64-65).

Ripping the curtain can also represent an opening up that was previously closed 
(Matt.27:51; Heb.6:19-20; 10:19-20,21-22; Eph.5:25-26). 
It can also represent an uncovering of something that was secret (Matt.27:51; 2Cor.3:16). 

The ripping of the curtain to the most holy where God was thought to be present, takes on a few of these meanings.
 Certainly, God was very distraught over the death of Jesus, causing not only the curtain to be torn, but also darkness and an earthquake (Matt.27:50-51; Luke 23:45). The torn curtain, revealed that the most holy was empty (the Ark of the Covenant was not there), and signified that God had left/abandoned the Jewish Temple... and He would no longer be their protector. 

That is why Jesus foretold to them, "Your house is abandoned" (Matt.23:35-38). 
He meant, that God would abandon their Temple. 
That was demonstrated when the curtain of the most holy room for God's presence, was ripped apart. 
God left that temple, in a rage.
Thereafter, God's condemnation rested upon the nation (John3:36), 
and His protection was withdrawn (Luke 19:41-44).
That was why God permitted that Temple, to be torn down (Mark 13:2).

Why?
Those Jewish leaders turned to Rome in order to have Jesus executed (John18:28-30). 
God's nation had turned to Gentile nations in the past, and was always punished for it (Jer.17:5; Isa.31:1; 36:6). 
The Jewish religious leaders even claimed that their king, was Caesar (John19:15). 
When the whole Jewish crowd that was present at the condemnation of Jesus, 
heard Caesar say that he didn't want the blood of Jesus on his hands... 
they all said "Let his blood come upon us and our children" (Matt.27:24-25). 
They were referring to blood-guilt (Isa.1:15)... not to salvation (John1:11-12; 15:22-25; Ps.69:4).

Those with spiritual perception, recognize a similar situation today.
There are religious leaders in power over God's spiritual nation, who as in the first century, act in unfaithfulness. Please consider the verses I site within the quote of Luke chapter twelve. They aid our understanding of Luke chapter 12. (The links give deeper information)

Luke12: "42 The Lord answered, “Who then is the faithful and wise manager, whom the master puts in charge of his servants to give them their food allowance at the proper time? (LINK) 45 But suppose the servant says to himself, ‘My master is taking a long time in coming,’ (Hab.2:3; 2Thess.2:1-2; Luke 12:40) (LINK) and he then begins to beat the other servants (Acts 5:17,27-29,33-34,38-40; John16:2) (LINK), both men and women, and to eat and drink and get drunk (Isa.28:7-8,9-10,14-15; Rev.17:6) (LINK). 46 The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of (Rev.3:3; Luke 12:46) (LINK). He will cut him to pieces (Hosea 6:5 NET Rev.2:26-27) (LINK) (LINK) and assign him a place with the unbelievers." (2Cor.6:14; 4:4; Rev.22:15; Matt.25:41; Rev.20:10; Matt.7:21-23; 25:11-13).

The harlot/false prophet and beast are also condemning to death, the faithful servants of Jesus Christ, today (Rev.13:11,15; 11:7) (LINK).
The same consignment awaits the unfaithful, as that which befell the apostate leaders in the first century

The Knowledge of God [] The Abomination of Desolation

EXCERPTS FROM A LETTER I RECEIVED:

Dearest sister Pearl, 

I continue studying articles at your Blog, but my fleshly sisters are not as eager to look into the scriptures. When the three of us had gotten together, they had not read over the material I sent them and so had not even prepared for studying. As JWs, they just want to be told what to do. They essentially have said that the information I shared is too deep, and focuses more on those anointed who rule with Jesus. Although I’ve asked both of them to do personal study and then to reconvene, neither of them responded with interest saying basically that it’s too deep and that the Bible shouldn’t be complicated. How can I respond with scriptures?

In addition, have two questions that I hope you will address. First, as I feel like I’ve read something on your blog about 2 Peter chapter 2 but now cannot find it. It asked you about that chapter and particularly verse 21 (2Pet.2:21). Do I understand correctly that this verse is essentially speaking about leaving the teachings of the false prophet after being given true understanding, but then returning to that false prophet? Would this basically be applied in our day, as leaving the organization, finding the truth, but then returning to that organization? 
My younger sister wondered why it would be imperative for “good” people to leave the organization when God can read their hearts. 
She referenced a friend who is trying to get reinstated (after 2 yrs being df’d), only so that she can talk to her family again. 
I don’t have a clear understanding on how to respond to my sister about the command at Rev.18:4-5 and the judgment of God resulting in destruction. We don’t want to have the mark of the beast, but is the penalty death? 

My second question. When sharing with a friend who is an elder, the understanding regarding the inappropriateness of anointed feeding spiritually from the Gentiles, there is great likelihood the elder will respond that it is not they who feed the anointed but that they are helpers and more or less servants helping the GB dispense “food at proper time.”  Now, to me, it is clear that the GB are false prophets and thus the “food” is not healthy (rotten fruit), but am just wondering about a concise and simple response to the likely aforementioned rebuttal an elder might give.

First, perhaps you could show your sisters these few scriptures:
1Cor.3:1-2; 2:10; Rom.11:33; Heb.5:11-14; Mark 4:33; Matt.7:7; Eph.4:13;  2Pet.3:15-16,17-18
Persistent effort is needed to gain an understanding of the deep things of God. If we gain and heed that knowledge, the reward, is everlasting life (John 17:3).

Your first question:
Here is the context of 2Pet.2: 
"20 For if, having escaped the world’s impurity through the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in these things and defeated, the last state is worse for them than the first. 21 For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness than, after knowing it, to turn back from the holy command delivered to them. 22 It has happened to them according to the true proverb: A dog returns to its own vomit, and, “a sow, after washing itself, wallows in the mud.”

Both fleshly Jew and Gentile, escape Satanic darkness/deception, when they are enlightened by the truths of Jesus Christ. 
Many Jews returned to a practice of the Law (see Gal.4:9). Many Gentiles too, found it difficult to keep away from their previous idolatry (1Cor.10:14-15,16-17,18-19,20-21,22). Think of how may xJWs who have lost family, have returned to get re-instated, so that the shunning would stop. Jesus told us this circumstance would happen (Luke 12:51-53; Mark 13:12-13; John 16:2).....

.....and he told us how to handle it (Matt.10:36-37; Luke 14:26; 17:31-32,33).

How many anointed, have received "the holy command" (2Pet.2:21), to love their brothers in Christ (John 13:34), only to later command that they be persecuted (Luke 12:45; Rev.13:11,15)?
Even many who profess having been anointed and are out of the WT, have entered into envy, competition, and strife (1Cor.1:10; 11:18-19)... nurturing the very WT spirit of dominance they left behind.
Christ cleanses his bride members from all sin (1John 1:7; 4:16-18,19-21) which affords love, fellowship, and unity amid his faithful body members (Eph.4:3;  1Cor.12:12,25-26,27; Eph.4:11-12,13). 
But there are those who succumb to pride, and return to not being cleansed of sin or falsehood (a "sow, who returns to wallowing in the mud" -2Pet.2:22). Many anointed who had rejected falsehood, founded in the unloving pride of the steward above them... retain and return to false teachings (even false WT doctrine -Mark 2:22; Luke 17:31-32), stubbornly refusing to be mild and humble in considering direction by scripture and spirit (Rev.5:6; 1:20; Jer.25:4; Matt.5:15; Rev.22:16; John 13:20; Matt.10:20;  1Cor.14:32,3,29; Eph.2:20-21,22;  1Cor.4:1; Amos 3:7).

All anointed have been given a testimony as to the love of God and his spirit and truth. ANY of them, can later reject that testimony, reject the unity of the body under Jesus as head, and not realize that they have resumed walking in darkness (John 12:35). 
That also ties in with Luke 17:31 and Matt.9:17, which I cited above in the first section of this letter. 
If, upon their exodus from the WT, one does not get a clean slate mentally; that old false doctrine may creep back into their spiritual perception, and prevent them from being clean. Like a lens that is smudged with dirt, their "eye" is unhealthy, and light cannot reach their body (Matt.6:22-23). 
They can return and resort to eating that which they had previously rejected (dog,vomit).
If that does not address your question, please respond.

Regarding your question about your sister's thought that there are good people in the WT, who do not deserve to be condemned.... consider 2Thess.2:9-12. Those inside believe "the lie"... that their leaders, who confess being uninspired and fallible, who continually change their teachings, who trample down the brothers of Christ, condemning many of them to death... is an organization directed by the spirit of God. 
Why do they believe this obvious lie? 2Thess.2:10,12 told us that they do not have sufficient love of truth, and that they enjoy unrighteousness. How? 
Do they not enjoy feeling superior, when someone faithful is vilified and expelled? I have seen it (Rev.11:7-8,9-10; Matt.5:10-11,12).

Please consider Gen.18:32 and Jer.5:1.
Do you see that God will not even abandon one single person to destruction, if they are righteous? Why are we told with urgency, even by Jesus, to flee? (Matt.24:15-16; 18:4-5; Jer.51:6; Luke 17:26-37). All those of righteous heart, will be "taken" and invited to feast upon the slain. The rest will be abandoned to what they have chosen....
....Because the destruction of the corrupt, blasphemous, throne of Satan... Must go Down... along with everyone who is a coward or loves a lie (Rev.22:15). 
Those who slave for the false prophet and it's Beast, have succumbed to the agents of the "last enemy, Death" (1Cor.15:24-25,26; Rev.6:7-8).

NOTE: When God abandons the wicked to Destruction... He is not destroying them. He is accepting a surrender to the god, lord, and father they themselves have chosen, which is, the Destroyer.

Your second question...
It is asserted that the elders are helpers to the anointed, because there are not enough anointed to care for the flock. Perhaps you could ask how the elders help anointed, that are not the GB. If a lesser anointed one, disagrees with the GB in favor of scripture; What do the elders do to them? 
Yet what did Jesus say, at Matt.25:45-46? 
Why do the elders condemn such ones to death? Is it not because the GB has ordered this policy, to "beat" any who do not submit to them? 
Yet Jesus said at Mark10: "42 Jesus called them over and said to them, “You know that those who are regarded as rulers of the Gentiles dominate them, and their men of high positions exercise power over them. 43 But it must not be like that among you. On the contrary, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, 44 and whoever wants to be first among you must be a slave to all."
It is up to Jesus upon his return, to reveal which of his slaves have proven to be genuine, faithful, and discreet slaves of all (Matt.25:19,21; Rom.8:19). But Jesus did give us guidance, to help us to find the answer to who is working faithfully (Matt.7:20).

It must also be asked... in what capacity do the elders, serve? What is their job description, so to speak?
Do they not preside over cases of sin... pray in behalf of sinners, and do the teaching in the congregations?
They may not recognize it, but that is serving in the capacity designated to God's priests (1Cor.6:1-2,3). The NWT translates Gal.6:1 as "those with spiritual qualifications", which allows the original words to be lost. Literally, it reads... those who are 'inspired by/walk/are lead, by spirit'. 
It is pneuma (breath/spirit) -tikos (to own) (John20:22) and is G4152 in Strong's Greek dictionary.

The Bible defines such ones (who "re-adjust" a sinner), as "God's sons" (Rom.8:14-15,16-17; John 20:21-22,23). Those who are designated by God to teach God's nation, are His priests (Mal.2:7;  1Cor.4:1;  1Pet.2:5,9; Rev.5:9-10).
In fact, Eze.44:6-7,8-9 and  2Chron.13:9 condemned the leaders of Israel, for letting others serve as priests. 
---(The Hebrew interlinear should be consulted for the verses in Eze.44:6-9, or any other Bible but the NWT, because they changed the wording of Eze.44:6-9).---[Since this lack of translation fidelity was exposed, the new NWT has corrected Eze.44:6-9. Do you remember the lesson of this account?

God's anointed priesthood and spiritual Temple (Eph.2:20-21,22;  1Pet.2:5;  1Cor.3:16;  2Thess.2:1-2,3-4) is not to be performed by any who are not so consecrated (2Chron.23:6-7). 
This is the very definition of the "disgusting thing/abomination"... standing in the "holy place/Temple" which "causes desolation" to that priesthood/Temple (Mark 13:14; Rev.11:2; 13:7).

Jesus said that when we are able to perceive those circumstances, we are to Flee!
(Mark 13:14; Rev.18:4-5; Jer.51:6; Luke 17:26-27,28-29,30-31,32)
The elder in question, may not be granted to have that perception (Mark 4:12).
If you try to impart it to him, he may fulfill his actual place, which really is, to uphold the idolatry toward the Image of the Beast (Rev.13:15; 11:2-3,7; John 16:2)... 
...not to assist, serve, and support, the least of Jesus' anointed brothers... who are now being trampled down into powerlessness, and condemned to death, by Gentile, so-called, "elders".
