Great Tribulation -Two phases

A QUESTION I RECEIVED:

Something strange. I've learned that anointed Christians will be sealed on the forehead before the great tribulation. read Revelation 7:3. But one seal on the forehead means approved.
Jesus said the faithful discreet slave should be put on all that he owns, or be thrown out when he comes after the great tribulation. Matthew 24:45-51
Does that mean that the faithful discreet slave is not sealed before the great tribulation, but all other faithful anointed is sealed before the great tribulation. What do you think?

What you are actually noticing, is that the Great Tribulation breaks out upon the Chosen Ones, first.
These are the first, to recognize the test before them, and the spiritual war-like condition...

It is through that test, (and how each Chosen One responds to it), that the unsealed chosen ones are either sealed as slaves of God, Christ, and their mother covenant, New Jerusalem (Rev.14:1; 22:4; 3:12; Gal.4:26,24) (pearl-thewoman.blogspot.com).

Jesus illustrated the choice between two Masters (Joel 3:14),
in the parable of the 10 virgins. Five chose to source their lamplight in the receptacle they had from the beginning (Gal.3:3; Rev.3:3)...

"Buying", requires you to give something up. 
If you engage in spiritual commerce not sourced with Christ (Rev.3:18), your forehead is not marked as a loyal slave of God, but a slave to the one whose doctrines guide and direct you (Gal.1:10; Rom.6:16).

The first century Jews in covenant with God, were given the opportunity first, to be of the anointed body of Christ (John 1:11,12,13; Rom.11:28; Acts 13:46). At the end of the Covenant with physical Israel, the unfaithful physical Jews had formed an alliance with physical Gentiles (John 18:35; 19:11,15). They paid for their unfaithfulness, by having their ally turn on them.

  But at the end of the New Covenant, it pertains to spiritual Gentiles forming an adulterous alliance with spiritual Jews, causing the Great Tribulation to the faithful.

Only after all of these Called Ones are sealed by their master of choice, does the Great Tribulation (caused by the adulterous  alliance with the Gentile Beast) break out on the "trees, earth, and earth/land" (Rev.9:4; 7:3; 12:9,12; 20:8) (Isa.56:8; John 10:16). 

  So when you say, "I've learned that anointed Christians will be sealed on the forehead before the great tribulation"....

  this is both true and false. 

It is false, in that they are sealed while they themselves are being "tribulated"/sifted/trampled by Gentiles.

It is true, in that these are sealed before the sifting tribulation breaks out upon the "rest" (earth/land/sea/trees/plant/green things).

  It should also be recognized, that this "breaking out" of "harm", is, the Great Tribulation. 
The "144000" are sealed before the outbreak of the Great Tribulation". 
Those "unsealed" who DO go through the Great Tribulation ("great crowd"), are sealed after/during, the "breaking out" of that "harm" (abomination causing desolation/Great Tribulation). 
Yet that harm does not only break out on the unsealed. 
It also breaks out on the "rest"/"earth/land/sea/trees/plant/green things" after the harvest of the anointed wheat is done. The "rest" face the secondary part of that great sifting to choose a master.

During that time, these secondary elements will also be branded by their masters....sealed as to whose laws they obey (Rom.6:16) and submit their faith/thinking, and actions/power, to (Rev.13:16,7; Gal.1:10;  1Cor.7:23). The great sifting/separating/tribulation, brings the two harvests to a finish.

The first harvest is of the Called and anointed "wheat"/"earth"(--God's "inhabited homeland" John 14:23) (Rev.14:14-16). That is done by Christ, who brings his "wheat" into his storehouse (Matt.13:38; 3:12). He will base that judgment according to what these "branches" have produced as "fruit"/teachings... whether fine, or rotten. The kind of fruit each produces, will depend upon which root they were grafted into (John 15:5,6; Jer.2:21; Deut.32:32,33; Rev.14:18,19).

The second harvest, is of the actual fruit of each vine (teachings and those who took them in) that was produced by these Chosen branches/prophets. If they have taken in fine fruit sourced in Christ through his faithful branches, then they have taken into their hearts, sayings of life. They will be saved from death and harvested as such.

If they have fed from Satan's vine and his branches of "fallen stars" (Ps.140:3; Rev.13:11; Deut.32:33; Rev.16:13-16;  1Tim.4:1)(Jer.23:14,15; Rev.8:10,11; 9:1), partaking of that rotten fruit/wormwood... they will suffer the consequences due to those who love lies (2Thess. 2:9-12).

If you think about these two separate phases (Rev.7:3)
   (breaking out on the unsealed, and then later, on the "rest"), 
you will see why this is just and reasonable.

The tribulation segregates those willing to die for truth (Mark 8:35; 13:13; John 16:2), from those who love the lie, become idolaters (Rev.13:8), and prefer Satanic deception (2Thess.2:9-12).

How can the other elements make a choice for truth, if it is not available?

The faithful anointed must be first to awaken and choose to live (and die) for truth,
proven by the testimony they give in the face of death (Rev.12:11,7; 20:4; 6:9;  2Cor.10:3,4,5; Eph.6:12; Rev.11:3; Dan.12:3-4; Rev.20:12).

That testimony of Truth must first be present and available, by which the "rest" will thereafter, be sealed as either accepting, or rejecting.

Do you see that those Chosen must decide their side of this battle first?

They do this by their acceptance or rejection of Satan's end-time deception
...The "operation of error", "the lie"...which asserts that the Gentiles should be ruling over God's anointed Temple and trampling them underfoot,

Once the Chosen take their own stand, the sealing of the Chosen Kings (and the harvest of the wheat), is done. The faithful remnant  "come to life" at this time (Rev.20:4,5,6,7,8; John 5:24; 6:47,58; 11:26).
Then the Battle ensues between these messengers of death / lies, and the (messengers of life) /(truth). Both sides present their testimony. Due to exposure to both the truth and the lie; the next phase of the tribulation/sifting/sorting/choosing, occurs for the "rest". In this "valley of decision", it will be determined, who receives life or destruction (Rev.20:5; 8:13; 11:14; 12:12; 11:5; 9:12,18,20,21).

Try to remember that the spiritual, symbolic timing within Revelation, is not according to the literal timing that we as physical beings are familiar with.

"By this ( love among yourselves ), all will know that you are truly my disciples"

When Jesus said that his disciples could be identified by their love of one another, the point he was making, is greater than what has yet been realized. 
Rom.8:19 reads; "19 For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed." 
Matt.5:48 states that the sons of God, imitate God's perfection in His love, just as Jesus Christ reflected that love through the sacrifice of his life (Matt.5:48;  1John 4:8; Eph.5:1; John 15:13; 10:11).
We are to love one another, to that same extent (John 15:12;  1John 3:16).
-- After the scriptures teach us what kind of love the genuine and faithful disciples of Christ will display toward their brothers... they also teach us the kind of hatred that is displayed by the unfaithful chosen, against their brothers. 
If we use these lessons to distinguish the faithful from the unfaithful... we then can have revealed to us... the sons of God (Rom.8:19). 
How then, do the scriptures expose, those who were genuinely chosen by God, but prove unfaithful and unloving? For we are assuredly told, that the love of greater number ("two thirds" in Revelation)... cools off (Matt.24:12; Rev.2:4;  2Cor.11:4;  1Tim.4:1; Rev.16:13-14; Matt.24:24-25).

This is not a cooling of love out in Satan's secular world, but is a turning away from Christ's command to sacrificially love our anointed BROTHERS (1John 4:20-21,16; Rom.12:5; Col.1:18; 2:19-20; Eph.2:2;  2Thess.2:1-2,3; Rev.2:4-5; Luke 16:3,1-2)

Since the scriptures foretell this falling away from Christ and the loss of love in the body of Christ which results; Do the scriptures also reveal the details of who, from among the anointed chosen, loses their love? 
Yes, they do. 
Let us consider the pattern of unloving behavior that Jesus disclosed to us, and who it is, who practices that pattern of disobedience, among the brothers of Christ......
Luke12: "42 The Lord answered, “Who then is the faithful and wise manager, whom the master of the household, puts in charge of his servants to give them their food allowance at the proper time? 45 But suppose the servant says to himself, ‘My master is taking a long time in coming,’ and **he then begins to beat his fellow servants, both men and women, and to eat and drink and get drunk."**
Matt.24: "48 But suppose that servant is wicked and says in his heart, ‘My master is staying away, longer than I expected.’ 49 And he begins to beat his fellow servants and to eat and drink with drunkards. 50 The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of (Luke 19:44; Rev.16:15; John 10:10; Matt.24:43). 51 He will cut him to pieces (Hosea 6:5; Rev.2:26-27) and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."

First of all, we should establish that the master Christ's household, are genuine anointed (Eph.2:19-20,21-22; 3:17;  1Pet.2:4-5; Heb.3:6)
Next, to recognize that Jesus appoints a steward/shepherd to the household sheep of each era, to be the channel of spiritual food to the master's household (Luke 12:42; Rev.11:3; John 21:17;  1Thess.5:12-13; Heb.13:17; Rev.22:1-2; Matt.7:20; Rev.1:20; Phil.2:15; Dan.12:3,10; Rev.22:6; Mal.3:1-2,3)
Such stewards are compared to stars/burning lamplight/messenger-angels... to their own lampstand/congregation/household (Rev.1:20). 
Those appointed stewards, can prove diligent, obedient, refreshing, loving, and faithful, 
or unfaithful, wicked, drunk, disloyal, deceptive, spiritually lethal, and unloving (1John 3:10-11,12) (Rev.1:20; 8:10-11; 9:1-3,10; 13:11,15; 11:3,7; John 16:2). 
The wicked stewards, battle with the faithful ones (2Cor.11:11-12,13-14,15; 10:3-4,5; Eph.6:12-13; Rev.16:13-16; 17:14;  2Thess.2:1-2,3,9-10,11-12,13;  1Tim.4:1). 
Each hearer must decide, which "congregation"/lampstand they will belong to, based upon whose spiritual food, and which steward/prophet, they accept.
The wicked steward (as described at Luke 12:45 and Matt.24:48-49 above), also are described as "eating and drinking with drunkards" as well as getting drunk themselves (Luke 12:45; Rev.17:6; 18:24; Matt.23:31-32,33-34,35-36,37-38,39;  1John 3:12,15-16). 
That alliance with other drunkards, is depicted within many scriptures... (Matt.24:49; Dan.2:33; Rev.13:1,11,15; 17:3) 
...as well as how that alliance works against/"beats", the faithful (Rev.13:15,7; 11:7; John 16:2; Mark 8:35; Col.2:8; Rev.13:10; Luke 21:24).

...did not take God and Jesus by surprise. They prophesied these developments to us, thousands of years in advance. It is only a matter of recognition on our own part, whether or not we perceive and understand, what is now taking place in prophetic detail (Matt.24:15-16; Mark 13:13-14), within God's household of priests, 
and the unloving steward, now using a Beast, to "beat" his fellows.

If we are able to discern who it is, that is feeding the household of Christ with poisoned water/rotten fruit that perishes... who has also formed an alliance with a beastly force that has been imbued by that false prophet/wicked steward (Rev.19:20), with an image of being spirit-directed (Rev.13:15; John 20:22), enabling it to replace and trample down without mercy or love, that wicked steward's fellow priests and brothers...
...then truly, you have discerned.... 
--who it is that lovingly gives their life for their brothers (genuine disciples of Christ), 
--who it is that murders their brother, 
and also, 
--who the loving sons of God really are, whom God promised would be revealed, at Rom.8:19! (Mal.3:18; Isa.8:18)

Fulfillment of Prophecy

QUESTION: "Do you have any links to your articles that prove the GB is the beast of Revelation?"

MY REPLY:

Thank you for writing to me.  Scripture is supreme within the mind of the faithful. It is there where we must seek any proof for the realities of prophecy fulfilled. SInce the proofs are written in symbolic terms, we must be the sort that are willing to unlock such symbolism with the keys of scripture. Therefore, "proof" is subjective. It is given to those who have faith in scripture. It is obscure and nonexistent to those without such faith. You do not say if you seek the proof for yourself, or for others. Often, we of faith become convinced by what God supplies. It is rare that what convinces the faithful, will also convince the person without faith. So although the links I will provide to you, may convince you; Do not be disappointed if the language of truth is incomprehensible to others, and the information provided is not regarded as proof to such ones.

Reasonably, to prove that one of Revelation's identities is a match to one that now exists... we would need to see a direct and identifiable correlation between the description of the symbolic identity (interpreted by scripture), and the traits and actions of the present identity, drawing a perfect match. Do you understand and agree with this strategy?

FIrstly, I will point out that there are three beasts, just in Revelation chapter 13 alone (there are more beasts in other chapters of Revelation). The first is the dragon/Satan.

One ten-horned Beast, ascends from the deep/"sea"/abyss (Rev.13:1; 11:7) at Satan's bidding; another two-horned Beast, is from the earth (Rev.13:11). When we learn from all the various places within Revelation (and elsewhere in scripture) that describe the alliance between the "sea" and "earth" beasts, we are able to compile a long list of traits and actions being ascribed to each of the beasts, as well as their interactions.

God has decided to give all these faceted descriptions in layers of spiritual language (1Cor.2:9-10,11-12,13-14; Matt.13:10-11,13,34-35; Rev.19:10;  1Cor.14:32-33; Rev.22:6), meant to be combined, clarified, and their significance unveiled, at the end of the age (Dan.12:4; Rev.22:10; 20:12). 

Just as Jesus described the singular "kingdom of the heavens" in so many various parables (see Matthew chapters 13 & 25).....

What is lovely, is that when the many details are properly assembled, the resulting description is so detailed and clear, that its' fulfillment and application, becomes undeniable to any reasonable mind.

Your search for proof about the accurate application and fulfillment of prophecy, can be compared to a search for a missing person:

Just as we might start with a description...

The person has brown hair... Well, that would not help much. There is very little in that part of the description that will aid in the precise identification, no matter how deeply we go into the detail of the hair... it's texture, thickness, style, etc. 

We next need to add a different facet of the person's appearance (a whole new parable)... perhaps eye color. 

Even this is not enough. We should add height and weight, skin color, tatoos, scars, birthmarks, clothing, shoes, and last place the person was seen. The more traits we can add, the greater the clarity of that person's individuality and distinction from other persons.

It is the same with the identification of the identities of prophecy. All the descriptions/parables must be recognized for what they provide and contribute to the whole... and then those traits, combined. This is no brief, simple or easy matter. Jesus said that if we want the very knowledge of God, we need not only to keep asking and knocking... we need to keep seeking and digging 

(Matt.7:7; 21:22; Luke 11:9-10,11-12,13; Prov.2:2-5; Col.1:10; Matt.13:44-45,46; Deut.4:29; Jer.29:11-12,13). 

That requires, work. But if that sincere effort is supplied, the man of God will receive that for which he is asking. -- and this fact reinforces my past point... that those without faith do not ask, beg, dig, or find. That loss of faith and humility, can even develop in an appointed steward (Luke 12:42; 16:3).

As we might compare a description of a missing person, to the individual that stands before us... the clarity comes to us, as we apply every detail of the extensive description, to them. If they fulfill every minuscule detail of every part of the description with no deviation, we are assured that we have identified, the correct person.

Spiritual Virginity -vs- The Harlot's Cup / Two Covenants

Rev.14:4,5 reads:
"These are those who did not defile themselves with women (Rev.17:1,2,12), for they remained virgins. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among mankind and offered as firstfruits to God and the Lamb. 5 No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless."

Does God consider becoming one flesh with one's own wife, defiling?
He pronounced everything "very good" when finished with Creation...
which included God's command to "fill the earth". (Gen.1:28,31)
This symbolic "virginity" then, is an abstinence from the type of "woman" that defiles.
These defiling women are not literal, but symbolic, as all the book of Revelation is.
"Women" are covenants (Gal.4:24). Their "daughters" imitate and serve their mothers, by which they become sealed as her representatives

To leave one's spiritual status of "virginity", means to leave off one's purity in the truth (Rev.14:5). When this defilement occurs, one has left off patiently waiting for the Bridegroom, and the promise of a future marriage with him (2Cor. 11:2; Eph.5:26).
When it says that these are "virgins" who do not become defiled by "women",
does this mean that all 144000 are men?
No. (see Gal.3:28) Just as Paul refers to these "virgins" as all female, this is symbolic (2Cor. 11:2).
Both genders are used in illustration, to give a full comprehension of these spiritual events.
To forsake being a "daughter" to your marriage covenant with Christ (Gal.4:26;  1Pet. 3:6; Luke 22:28,29; Rom.8:17),
and to instead, replace that Covenant with a new "mother" covenant (Isa.28:15; Rev.17:5); is to commit spiritual fornication/adultery against Christ (Rev.17:1,2; Deut.32:33). The "ten kings" have become defiled by "women" and commit spiritual fornication with the "Harlot" (-daughter to the "mother" "covenant of Death", "Babylon the Great" -Rev.17:5). Like Esau, they trade away their future inheritance, for a "one hour" rule with the Beast (Rev.17:7,12,13,18; Gen.25:30,31,32,33)....the Organizational Beast which the "Harlot" commands. This compares to the 5 foolish virgins, who trade away their virginity to Christ, in order to "buy" light for their lamps, from those who "sell" [Matt.25:8,9,10,11,12,13; Rev.13:17 (pearl-666.blogspot.com)].


The opening verse of Revelation tells us, that this scroll is written in symbolic language.
If your translation does not make that clear, I suggest you look at the original Greek (Rev.1:1).
Let's consider more, what this "defilement" is...
    and who these defiling "women" are.
2Cor. 7:1 reads:
"Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God." (2Cor. 6:17; Ps.26:4;  1John 3:3;  1Pet. 1:15; James 1:27  (Matt.25:36); Eph.2:2;  1John 2:15;  2Pet. 1:4; 2:20; 3:14)
As the preceding scriptures show, it is the "world" that defiles us. But the "world" is a general term. We need more clarity and detail in order to remain free of it's defilement.

Is this defilement with the world, compared to spiritual fornication...a loss of "virginity"?
 James 4:4 reads:
"You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God. 5 Or do you think Scripture says without reason that he jealously longs for the spirit he has caused to dwell in us? 6 But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says:
“God opposes the *proud
    but shows favor to the humble.”
7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."

James 4:4 shows us that an alliance ("friendship") with the world, is "adultery" toward God's spirit.
The "wicked steward" forms such a friendship (Matt.24:49; Rev.17:2; 2:22; 18:3).
His *pride is at the root of his desire to form an alliance with worldly power. Because of this spiritual fornication with that power, he subjects himself to the devil (does not "resist"/"oppose" as Jesus did Matt.4:8,9,10). Only Christ...the original one "born of God", can keep those to belong to him, safe from Satan (1John 5:18), if we remain unspotted from the world (Eph.5:27,26).
Paul spoke of this purity, at 2Cor. 11:2, and it mentions the same "jealousy" as James 4:5.
2Cor. 11:2 reads:
"For I am jealous for you with a godly jealousy; for I betrothed you to one husband, so that to Christ I might present you as a pure virgin."

We see that Paul was not referring to a physical virginity, but a symbolic, spiritual one.
So, lets return to Rev.14:4,5:
"These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they remained virgins. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among mankind and offered as firstfruits to God and the Lamb. 5 No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless."

Those who become part of God's heavenly Temple, remain free of any alliance with Satan's world. We may have been taught that this is speaking of politics, financial greed, etc.; but this alliance with the world is much more than that...

As Rev.14:4 says, the virgins are kept undefiled because they are free of relations with "women". What is this defiling symbol?
Women, are the symbol for covenants (Gal.4:24; Isa.3:12)

These deadly "women" covenants (and their sealed daughters -Prov.5:3,4,5,8,9), are "drunk" with power, enticed by Satan's worldly resources (1John 2:15,16,17). These daughters are enticed by desire the power/resources, of the Nations/Gentiles, who do not belong to God. Such powers belongs to Satan (1John 5:19). To accept worldly riches as the Harlot has done, is to worship Satan (Matt.4:8,9; Rev.3:17). If Called Ones rest upon and amass the resources, glory, and powers of this world; they are being blessed by Satan, are doing his will, and teaching his deep things (1John 2:15; John 8:44; Rev.2:9,20,24; Eze.23:30; Jer.17:5; 2:18,19; Isa.30:2; Rev.11:8). The faithful and loyal called ones, rely on the power of God (Ps.28:7; 18:2)(John 6:15; Mark 10:42,43,44; John 18:36,37; Luke 9:58; Matt.10:9,10), even though this means an absence of worldly resources, glory, and power (1Cor.4:8,9,10,11,12,13,14; Heb.13:14,13; Phil.3:20)

If we enter the wrong covenant (with Satan), we become defiled by that "woman"/Covenant (Isa.28:15; Rev.9:1,11). We become "her" representatives (Rev.17:5). Those who accept these adulterous representatives of the covenant of Death (Babylon the Great), come under the same covenant of Death (Rev.18:4).
As you can see, that defilement involves making lies ones refuge (Isa.28:15; Rev.8:10,11) as a called one directly enters a covenant with the "father of the lie" (John 8:44). One can also come under this covenant of death, if one commits spiritual fornication with the Harlot that is originally in this covenant with Satan (Rev.17:2;  1Cor. 6:15,16) by drinking in her defiling cup of lies and murders.
[Satan is the source/root, of this "cup" of "venomous" wine (Isa.14:29; Deut.32:33; 29:18; Jer.2:21; Hosea 10:1,2,8,13,15; Rev.17:6) -(lies and the murder of the faithful (John 8:44)].

How exactly does the scroll of Revelation depict this alliance with Satan's worldly power, which the spiritual Harlots lust after?
That power is depicted as a "wild beast" with 7 heads and 10 horns. Satan has transferred all his worldly authority and power....all his resources to deceive...to this beast (Rev.13:2; 12:3,9). And who does he give this wild pet/son, to (and the power to deceive)? To his lovers, the Harlots (Rev.9:1; 13:15; 17:3). These who leave their covenant with God for power in this world, ride this beast. (Hosea 1:2; 2:5; 3:1; 5:3; Jer.3:1; Deut.31:16; James 4:4). These enter a covenant with Satan...a covenant of death. The harlot that rides the wild beast, is one of the harlot daughters/slaves of the mother covenant of death, "Babylon the Great" (Rev.17:5). All those under the drunken spell of these Harlot daughters ("women" who defile), come under that same "covenant of death", called "Babylon the Great" (Rev.18:3; 17:2,1,15; Jer.51:7; 13:13; Ps.60:3; Zech.12:2; Obadiah 1:16; Rev.14:8; Jer.51:7,6; Rev.18:4).

This covenant is named "Babylon", which means "confusion". That confusion is made of spiritual lies. Truth does not confuse, but liberates (John 8:32,36,2; Gal.5:1). Through spiritual confusion consisting of lies, Satan can gain domination of his enemies, causing them to lose their "virginity". These sell their purity away, to buy lies (2Cor. 11:3; Matt.25:9;  2Cor. 11:2,3)...just as Eve did.
This interpretation that explains what defiles a spiritual virgin, is this:
-lusting after and gaining worldly power and position
      (sitting over the wild beast/over the abyss of death/lies -Rev.9:1,11)
-abandoning truth for the lie (Rom.1:25;  2Thess. 2:10,11; Isa.28:15)
OR having spiritual unity with the harlots that do this;
which also brings that one under the Covenant of Death (Rev.18:4; 17:2).

The Covenant of Life, Jerusalem above,
  is a wellspring of truth and life to her daughters (Gal.4:26;  2Pet. 3:14; Rev.3:12).
In turn, those daughters become a source of life to the world 

(John 4:14; 7:38;  1Cor. 4:1; John 17:3,17;  1Tim. 4:16; Prov.4:23; Rev.22:17; Matt.5:14,16).

Those who leave that covenant of life above, for
The Covenant of Death, (the abyss of darkness below) Isa.28:15; Rev.9:1
are a font of wormwood waters/wine of serpents....false prophets of lies, confusion, deception

             (Those "Gentiles" are counterfeit priests -Eze.44:6,7,8,9;

These harlot daughters become a source of death to those already "living"...
and are sealed as those who are in a covenant with Satan....
an agreement,
...that in exchange for the power over the Gentiles (those NOT spiritual Jews/anointed Rom.2:29),
and the ability to deceive the world
        (including Satan's target -Rev.12:17;  2Cor. 11:3);
they must give their spiritual virginity over to Satan, becoming one of his many harlots under his  Covenant of Death (called "Babylon the Great").

Those who then commit spiritual fornication with Satan's harlot,
will share in her sins of misleading and killing.

To help confirm that this spiritual adultery (loss of spiritual virginity),
involves sharing in the teaching of lies;
when Rev.14:4 continues it's description of spiritual virginity,
it continues, into verse 5:
"No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless." (Rev.14:5)

Rev.14:4 says,
"They follow the Lamb wherever he goes." How? See 1Pet. 2:22;  1Pet. 1:19; Mal.2:6 (Rev.14:5,4).
Through obedience to the Lamb's words, these virgins become clean vessels to hold and to teach truth (Eph.5:26,27; Zeph.3:13; Jude 1:24; Isa.6:7; Jer.1:9; Matt.10:20;  1Cor. 2:7; 4:1,2; Isa.52:11;  2Cor. 6:17; Rev.18:4)
and are no part of the world (John 17:16; Rom.12:2) or it's enticements (1John 2:15; Matt.4:8).

Why Jesus came to earth / Last World Power over the Chosen Ones / "Iron" and "Clay"

I have begun a Bible Study with someone who claims to have no background in "Jehovah's Witness" indoctrination. I have been asked by a few people to create lessons to teach new Bible students. Although the hour is quite late regarding the time of the end; I will post these lessons for what can be gleaned from the cited scriptures, for this teaching purpose.

I began by asking her about her present concept of God and Jesus Christ.
Her reply to me:

"God to me is the One who was before time. The One who is able to say a word and it is done, whatever that word may be as we can see in Genesis.
The One that loved mankind so much He sent His Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ to suffer for All mankind. The spotless Lamb of God. 
In the O/T animals were sacrificed for sin, N/T Jesus death was the end of all sacrifices, he took all sin onto himself. Obey onto death. 
I believe He rose from the dead. And is seated at the right hand of the Father.
At the end of the ages, Christ will return for His bride, judgement will come to All."

MY REPLY to her :

Your understanding of God is accurate, and is backed up by many scriptures. What you say about Jesus Christ is also true, but there is more to look at.
Jesus did not only come to earth to suffer and to provide the ransom by dying. The most important reason he came, he told us.
It is found at John 18:37. In fact, that central reason, is why he was killed....
It reads:
"You are a king, then!" said Pilate. Jesus answered, "You say that I am a king. In fact, the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me." John 18:37

We see there, that lovers of truth would listen to Jesus. What about those who don't love truth?
Of these Jesus said...
John 8:43,37,40,42,45-47
"Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say. I know that you are Abraham's descendants. Yet you are looking for a way to kill me, because you have no room for my word. As it is, you are looking for a way to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. ....Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love me, for I have come here from God. I have not come on my own; God sent me...Yet because I tell the truth, you do not believe me! Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don't you believe me? Whoever belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God."
[We are either lovers of Truth and Light from God, or we are not. If we love truth, we "belong to God". If we do not, we belong to Satan (John 8:44)]

Now do you see why Jesus died? He was murdered by those who did not love truth. God knew this would happen, because this world has as it's king, Satan, the father of the lie (John 8:44;  1John 5:19;  2Cor. 4:4). This also teaches us that ANYONE who does love truth, listens to Jesus, is from God, belongs to God, and imitates him in teaching it; will be treated the same way by those who do not love truth. Those who represent Jesus in the world (2Cor. 5:20; 6:1;  2Tim. 3:12; Eph.6:20), are told to expect this experience, due to the reaction and treatment by those who belong to Satan (2Tim. 3:12; John 15:20).

But who is it that persecutes those who teach truth? Many religious leaders teach that persecution is incited by governments. This is a lie. It is always the religious leaders themselves who incite true followers of Christ to be persecuted. The pattern is well established, that they USE others to carry through their hatred and intolerance. Not only was this true in the case of Jesus Christ, but it is the case up until the very end, as is depicted in Revelation...

In Revelation, (as in the past) religious leaders who betray God's covenant are to blame (Luke 13:34; Rev.17:6; Rev.11:8; Luke 12:45; Matt.23:29,30,31,33,34,35,37,38; John 8:40; Rev.17:6).
How so?
Only those in Covenant with Christ are depicted as "stars"
(Rev.1:20; Phil.2:15; Dan.12:3; Matt.5:14; Heb.12:23; Eph.2:6).

The identity "Wormwood" is a "fallen star" (Rev.8:10,11; Isa.14:12; Jer.51:53; Lam.2:1; Ob.1:4,10)
and therefore, an unfaithful anointed one who is described as "great", "burning as a torch",
and able to cause the deaths of "many" (Rev.8:11).

...the same one to whom Satan gives the "key to the abyss"
[Rev.9:1 (the power over deception and death -Heb.2:14)].

 

We see that the first thing this unfaithful chosen one does, is unleash those now under her power (Rev.9:2,3) which is a parallel to the "two-horned beast" Rev.13:11 (Wormwood), empowering the collective Wild Beast (Rev.13:14,15).

 

The Fallen Star and two-horned Beast/False Prophet, are both parallels, to the adulterous "Harlot" riding the Beast (Rev.17:3; Hosea 9:1; 1:2).
All four illustrations are about the same identities.
Harlot=two-horned False Prophet=Wormwood=Fallen Star=spiritual Jews in Covenant
Wild Beast=locust-scorpions=man of lawlessness=disgusting thing in Holy Place=spiritual Gentiles

As you can see, the unfaithful Chosen Ones use those outside that covenant who are under their influence, to do their persecuting for them (Rev.11:7; 17:3; 13:11,12,15).
But you may notice in Rev.17:3, that in the time of the end, there is a change in this arrangement (Dan.7:7,19,23; Rev.17:3) in that the Beast which the last "woman/Harlot" uses...
                               is covered with "blasphemous names".

This unfaithful fallen star and her army of Gentile counterfeit priests, are self-proclaimed as
"God's visible spirit-directed Organization" --Blasphemy! (Rev.17:3)

The persecuting Beast itself is touted as being divine (Rev.13:15,7;  2Thess. 2:4) right in the midst of God's Temple of anointed priests!

It raises itself above God's Temple (Rev.13:7,8,15; 11:7), seizing the false divine authority the False Prophet/Fallen Star/two-horned beast, has given it (Rev.9:7,3; 13:14; 11:2;  2Thess. 2:4).
So although this Wild Beast is in reality, outside God's covenant...it is depicted and empowered  by the unfaithful Harlot/False Prophet/Fallen Star, as a religious power which becomes an Idol/"Image" (Rev.13:14,8).

The false prophet/Harlot/fallen anointed star, shares her religious authority with the Beast/locust-scorpions (Rev.13:12; 19:20; 9:3,7,10), so that the Beast is empowered to persecute the faithful priest Holy Ones, for her (Rev.13:7;  2Chron. 13:9; Eze.44:6,7,8,9). This Idolatrous Image of the Beast is the "disgusting thing standing in a Holy Place" that Jesus referred to, at Mark 13:14; Dan.11:31; 8:11; Jer.7:30; and  2Thess. 2:4. It "tramples" (persecutes) the Holy Ones right within the Temple (Rev.11:2;  2Thess. 2:4) under the direction of  the Harlot/two-horned False Prophet/Wormwood/Fallen Star over the Abyss. Yet this whole arrangement, is under Satan (Rev.9:1,11; 13:2,4; Luke 22:31).

This is why this last power is depicted as "different"... and as an alliance, in Daniel's Image (Dan.2:41,42,43; 8:24; Rev.13:12; 19:20; 17:3).



"The metals contained within the Image of Dan.ch.2, are Satan's powers outside the realm of God's Chosen people. The dominions depicted within that image are the ones who have persecuted God's covenant people. Yet the final persecutors, are depicted as a dual power...."Iron", and "Clay". That power has mixed within it "mankind"/"clay" (Dan.2:33,43). That clay represent those IN COVENANT with God (Chosen Ones), slated to be righteous heirs of the earth (2Cor. 4:7; Isa.41:25; Ps.115:16; Ps.37:29; Rev.19:8).
   It is an abomination, that instead of this clay being molded by God (Isa.64:8; Eph.2:10 NIV;  1Cor. 3:9; Acts 7:48;  1Pet. 2:5; Isa.43:21); it has molded itself to the iron! (Lev.20:22,23; Eze.11:12; Luke 22:25-26; Matt.24:49)
The final persecutors in the Image of Daniel, will be an alliance of Gentiles (Iron) and Chosen Ones who rule (Clay). The ruling Chosen (Luke12:42) dominate God's people in imitation of the Gentiles with which they rule, in defiance of Christ (Mark 10:37-39,40-42,43-45; John 13:34;  1John 4:20; 3:15; Rev.13:15,11). Together, this alliance "tramples" the holy ones under their "feet" (Dan.8:13; Matt.7:6; Isa.63:18; Jer.12:10; Rev.11:2; Matt.24:15; Rev.13:7).

The other Chosen ones who go along with this persecution of their brothers (-failing Matt.25:42,43,44,45), are also molding their minds and deeds to the last Gentile power. (Rev.13:16).

As Daniel stated, their alliance will not last (John 16:2) (Rev.17:16,17). Spiritual Gentiles have hearts that have not been circumcised (cleansed) by God's spirit (Eze.44:9), such as those in Covenant with God have (Rom.2:28,29). They have hearts of iron (Rev.9:9; Eze.36:26; 11:19; Zech.7:12), not of flesh (Eze.11:19,20; 36:26,25; Eph.5:26,27). These spiritual "Gentiles" will always lust for worldly power and position, and dominate those under them, with cruelty (Deut.4:20; Ec.8:9; 3:16; 4:1; 5:8; Rev.9:10; 13:15,17). Once they really see all the Harlot possesses (Lam.1:10)...perceive her filth and vulnerability...covet her power, riches, and influence...they will vie for it and take it by force, just as worldly powers always do (Rev.17:16). These are "confirmed drunkards" of worldly power, who become allies with the "Jewish" wicked steward . (Matt.24:49; Isa.28:7)

The Harlot will experience the wrath of her own tool of persecution (Jer.13:21-22), and also come to be trampled. The very power of the abyss of death which she unleashed upon her brethren, will come to her (Isa.28:14,15,18,19). The Wild Beast is called "Wild" for a reason. It can never be tamed. So too, the Gentile powers which the Harlot, for now, exploits to her own ends
(trample-how) (the-greatest-tribulation-why).

  

That scenario is being fulfilled now. The pattern has been undergoing fulfillment since Christ, for the faithful Chosen Ones. The faithful ones in the time of the end are killed too, even if this "killing" turns out to be a symbolic death (John 16:2; Rev.11:7) (symbolic-death-by-means-of-world). In the time of the end (and when Revelation is fulfilled) the Gentile tool of persecution becomes a religious Idol to God's own Covenant people (Rev.2:9; 13:6,7,8,10; Luke 21:24; Dan.8:13; Isa.6:11; 63:18; Jer.12:10; Dan.12:6,7; Rev.11:2; Rom.3:10; 1:25). God's chosen priests are supposed to declare God's praise without ceasing (Isa.43:21;  1Pet. 2:9), but during the first 3.5 "times" of trampling, they fail to be faithful in this (Isa.62:6; 43:21; Mal.2:7; Rev.4:8; 8:1; Isa.63:3,5; 64:7; Jer.8:6; Isa.63:4,5,6; Rev.14:20; 19:15; Isa.63:2,3; 22:5) until some repent (Rom.9:27; Rev.2:5,16,21; Joel 1:13; Rev.11:3; Eze.33:11).

Worshiping an Image/Idol of their own persecutors, is different from the previous Satanic powers used for persecution (Dan.7:23). Being persecuted by a world power headed by God's fallen Chosen priests/"Clay", is also "different".
Satan has devised the greatest test ever to come upon God's Chosen people. Jesus called this final device of Satan and it's result, as the "great tribulation" (Matt.24:24-25,21-22; Luke 18:26-27; 21:20-22,24; Rev.13:10,7; Dan.9:24). Satan's final deception finds success, due to the wicked steward.... the fallen star "Wormwood".... genuine anointed leaders who have become a "great lamp" in the time of the end, only to mislead and persecute (Rev.8:10-11; 9:1). With the endowment of "divinity", now visible in the Gentile Idol of persecution (Rev.13:15; 19:20;  2Thess. 2:4) (2Chron. 23:6; Num.3:10;  1Cor. 3:16-17), we know we are in the time of Revelation's prophetic fulfillment,

You may wonder what Christ's mission of Truth has to do with releasing the Chosen ones from captivity to Satan's authority, or in the end, demolishing these authorities and powers....
but it is precisely by means of Truth, that both will be accomplished, by the power, and to the glory, of God. (1Cor. 15:24; Heb.2:14; Luke 10:19; 11:20; John 16:14,33; Mark 6:7; Rev.12:10,11; Rom.16:20; Gen.3:15)


I know it is deep and I am sorry for that. I know the Bible says that those who are beginning, like newborns, need milk, not meat (1Cor. 3:2).

It seems that it is for the woman's sake (in order to help her) that the earth opens its mouth, otherwise that 'water' would cause the woman to be drowned.
We are told at Rev.12:13 "when the dragon saw that it was hurled down to the earth,"...
So, Do you think that such an event: ''the serpent disgorging water like a river from its mouth after the woman" would have a future fulfillment? Satan must first be hurled down.
For me, in my ignorance, it seems that Rev 12:16 will have a future fulfillment and somehow "the earth"  (not anointed ones) will help the anointed ones somehow...maybe standing for the truth with "its mouth" as well...in order to neutralize Satan's water (lies)?

I'll take apart the verses you are asking about, to show what the Bible has to say.

"So the serpent"  see Rev.12:9 

The serpent is the Devil.

"spewed water"
The Bible symbolizes spiritual provisions as "water", because these are essential for life.
These can either be refreshingly healthful to impart everlasting life (John 4:10,14; Joel 3:18; Rev.22:1,17; Eze.47:7,8,9,12); 

or bitter poison to impart death 

(Rev.8:11; Jer.9:15; 23:15; Eze.34:19). 

Poisonous, adulterated "water", is Satanic deception and delusion (Col.2:8; ("captive") Luke 21:24;  2Cor.11:3-4,13-15,20). 

The source, realm, and agents of which, are compared to the "sea"/"deep"/"abyss"/"pit"/"Sheol"/"Hades"/"hell"

Keep in mind that the river of Rev.12:15 comes from Satan's mouth (John 8:44; Matt.15:18-19)

In the time of the end, Satan forcefully "spews" this fluid from his mouth. Because this water is aimed with force and direction, it is said to be "like a river"/"flood" (Matt.24:39; Dan.11:22;  2Pet.3:17). 

What is Jesus telling us, when Rev.12:15 says that this "water" comes from Satan's "mouth"?

So when these events unfold and Satan is "misleading the entire inhabited Earth"; Satan's deceptive power is no longer limited to his own realm of the sea/Hades

The "earth" is not the "sea". 

The boundary between them, is the "shore" or, the "sands of the sea" (Rev.13:1 (NIV); Job 38:8-9,10-11; Prov.8:27-29; Ps.104:5-6,7-8,9; Jer.5:22-23,26,30-31). Satan is able to breach the "earth" (God's habitation/footstool) during the Great Tribulation, by means of two conditions. 

The first, 

is that there needs to be a steward over God's people who is wicked. Such a steward would compromise the truths of Christ in favor of worldly reward. They would pervert the interpretation of God's mysteries (instead of  1Cor.4:1). That one would fail Satan's temptation that was brought upon Christ at Luke 4:5-6 and John 6:15. In the wicked steward's greed for power (1John 2:15-17; Mark 10:42-45; 9:35) they would also violate God's law regarding unclean alliances

By means of that wicked alliance

As long as the imperiled mother covenant has no supportive daughters amid Jerusalem...

How could the captivity, trampling, and submersion beneath a flood of lies upon all the woman's remaining seed, possibly "help" this mother covenant?

Michael is the first one to come to the woman's aid, through his rescue of her captive seed (Dan.12:1,2,3; Rev.3:20; Eze.34:12). How will those awoken, come to the help the woman?

By their being subjected to Satan's flood of lies... 

(Luke 22:31-32;  1Pet.4:12) 

...the opportunity is afforded to all the anointed remnant, to contend with that flood, take a stand for their love of God, Christ, and divine truth. By such a faithful stand to the death, they restore the vitality and power of the woman covenant, and help the very last of her seed to be sealed, by means of their faithful death (Mark 8:35; Rev.6:9-11; 12:10-11,1-3,4-6; 11:3; 2:26-27; Eph.2:6; Rev.11:11-12).

 That opportunity was formally sealed off, while overcome (Rev.9:6 (NIV). 

Through the great tribulation, a test is presented that affords all the remaining ones of the woman's seed, their own opportunity to become sealed, in the same way that all faithful anointed must (Rev.6:9,10,11; Mark 8:35; Rom.6:5).

What of the remnant members of the earth that do not prove faithful (Hosea 13:12-13,14-15; Isa.43:4; 66:5-6; Jer.50:20; Micah 7:19; Prov.21:18)? How does their swallowing deception, "help" the woman covenant?

-  It may not seem likely that the failure of some anointed to defy the flood will assist the Covenant to survive Satanic deception, [and her seed to receive the crown of life (Rev.2:10; Mark 8:35)] ...but they do "help" in two ways.

Heb.11:7; Mal.3:18

Causing or tolerating the persecution and expulsion of the faithful (spiritual "death"), is what seals each member of both sides, either favorably or unfavorably. This process advances the completion of the harvest of wheat and weeds (Matt.13:30).

At Rev.12:12 we read:

What scriptural evidence is there, to prove that the "earth" swallowing Satan's lies, does not mean that they are destroying those lies, but are "swallowing"/believing them? (assertion from original question)

During this time of tribulation, all Jerusalem is surrounded, desolated, and trampled by the Gentiles (Luke 19:41-42,43-44; 21:20,24), taken captive (Dan.11:31-33; Col.2:8; Rev.13:10; Luke 21:24), and all God's contemporary Temple stones are scattered, thrown down, and trampled by the anti-Christ/Man of lawlessness/sea beast.

According to present false teachers, there is also the belief that the "earth" represents the sealed anointed, and that these "swallow" Satan's lies in the form of destroying those lies through their writings... swallowing them up as YHVH "swallows up death forever" (Isa.25:8). It is thought that in this way, those anointed writers/witnesses, save the woman Covenant. This is good human reasoning. 

But in harmony with all the many above prophecies (see above ##),
the "earth" saves the woman, by being surrendered over to Satan's power (they swallow and believe Satan's lies) for a time of testing. Those who are swallowed up, are a ransom to replace the woman as Satan's victim (Isa.43:4; Prov.21:18;  2Thess.2:12). 

All God's anointed people in the time of the end, become guilty of spiritual fornication and idolatry (Rev.2:20; 13:7-8). All of them come under divine condemnation. Without divine rescue, there would be no hope, even for those who commit these sins out of ignorance. The only way to save them, is through discipline. At least then, there can be salvation for those who are humble enough to be trained by their adversity (Isa.59:19-20; Zech.13:8-9; Rev.9:18; 8:7; 12:4; John 15:6; Jude 1:23; Zech.3:2,8-9 etc.). When the faithful remnant emerges victorious from this time of test, the covenant mother is preserved by their faithfulness, and in their behalf. 

Jesus compared the time of the end to the flood of Noah's day (Luke 17:26-27). Please compare Gen.7:24 to Rev.9:5 [A Jewish month ("5 months" -Rev.9:5), consists of 30 days each (5 months" = 5X30=150 days -Gen.7:24]

In a spiritual sense, the outcome is that the fallen earth becomes a ransom exchange in place of the woman/Covenant (Gal.4:26,24; Rev.12:14-16); so that instead of Satan drowning the power of the mother covenant woman, the testing tribulation is permitted, and the unfaithful, unrepentant earth is surrendered and exchanged for those who prove faithful (Luke 17:26-27; Isa.28:17-18 (NKJV); Zech.4:10 (NKJV)(Zech.13:8-9; Rev.9:18,20-21). This is righteous on God's part, because his unfaithful people ("earth"/"land") want it that way 

(2Thess. 2:10,11,12; Jer.5:5,7,9-13,18-19,30-31; Isa.28:15,17,18,19,21,22). 

It is also righteous, because by means of the test which all are subjected to in common (Haggai 2:6-7; Joel 3:16; Isa.13:13) (Amos 9:9; Luke 21:35-36; Rev.3:10; 12:17); the faithful are established as such, by their contrast to the unfaithful 

(Heb.11:7; Phil.2:15; Rev.3:4; 7:14; Mal.3:18). 

All must be tested in order to identify, confirm, distinguish, and establish, the faithful remnant. In that sense, those who fail are assisting those who don't fail, to emerge victorious.

Those who rise above the flood waters to declare divine truth (despite the impending sentence of death which results -Rev.13:15; 11:7; 12:10-11), attain the status of the victoriously sealed.

Regarding your citation of Matt.15:11; Jesus was teaching the Jews that physical statutes matter less than the spiritual lesson and application behind the symbolism of those physical statutes. 

If you read the context of Matt.15:11, the Jews were offended that the disciples of Jesus, ate with unwashed hands, thereby taking in uncleanness along with their food. He was speaking of literal unclean hands, as not defiling a person's spirit. 

On the other hand (no pun intended), the spiritual hands can be defiled, thereby reflecting an unclean spiritual state 

(Isa.59:3; 44:20; Ps.144:8) which is of greater import (Matt.15:1-2,11,17-18,19-20; Mark 7:17-19). 

Satan's lies do enter the heart, replacing divine truth 

[Prov.2:10; John 17:17; Luke 8:11,15;  1Cor.3:6 (NIV)].
However, 
this "river" being disgorged from Satan's mouth is not literal and material. As the rest of Revelation's symbols, it has spiritual meaning and application. 

Satan is a liar (John 8:44). As such, what comes from his heart and the lying waters that issue from his mouth (Luke 6:43-45), do corrupt and lead astray

Taking Satan's misleading deceptions into ones self (as the "earth" does, at Rev.12:16), does corrupt. Scriptures which show this, are  2Cor. 11:3;  1Cor.10:21;  1Tim.4:1; Gen.3:1,3. Adam himself ingested instruction from the serpent, and we are all living the disastrous result. 

As regards Matt.15:11 and its relevance to Rev.12:15...

Certainly what proceeds from Satan's mouth, does defile him (John 8:44; Rev.21:8;  1John 3:8 a) as well as those who swallow it. If we revisit Satan's lies in Eden; we saw and continue to see the corruptive consequences to all creation.

One final thought, is that it is not the earth that saves the woman from drowning, as was stated in your question. The Bible states that the earth "helps" the woman. 

Salvation comes, from the wings of a great eagle (Rev.12:14). This detail must be recognized in order to prevent our misunderstanding of the role of the earth.
