Female prophets?

Below is a response to a professed anointed one,
who claims that female anointed have no place in teaching and prophesying
in a way that does not keep them in subjection to men.
I post my response to him below,
because it exposes a WT lie concerning the elders.
------------------------------------------------------------

It is important to see through WT lies, so that we are not also mislead by Satan's masterful end-time deceptions (2Thess.2:9,10,11,12; Rev.13:11,14; Rev.16:13,14,15).
The WT interprets Gal.6:1 as referring to the elders.
They translate Gal.6:1 as "those with spiritual qualifications" and thereby they link this to 1Tim., chapter 3...the "qualifications" for elders....
thereby giving the reference at Gal.6:1, as referring to the elders.

I hope that your perceptive powers can distinguish exactly how Satan can use this twisting of the scriptures, and why their Bible is the only one to interpret Gal.6:1 in this way.
It promotes the placing of elders (anointed or not), once again, over the Chosen Priests (who are both male and female sons of God --Gal.3:26,27,28,29)....

"26 You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, 27 for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise."

Yet if you look at what Gal.6:1 actually reads (it helps to check the original Greek),
it says in essence... "Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who walk/live by spirit should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted."

This "walking/living by spirit", is not one of the "qualifications" for elders.
It is not in the list of qualifications for elders, at 1Tim.. chapter 3.
That is because Gal.6:1 is not referring to elders.
It is referring to those who "walk/live by spirit". THESE are the ones given authority to do the "readjusting" (1Cor.6:2).
The Bible defines who it is, that "walks/lives by spirit".

Gal.5:25,24 reads:
"Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires."
Now lets go back to Gal. 3:29:
"If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise."

These are only two scriptures of many, but they are all that's needed,
to show that "those who walk by spirit" are those sons of God (Rom.8:14,16,17)...

14 "because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. 16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. 17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory."

No distinction is made here between the male "sons" and the female "sons", which is in harmony with Gal.3:26-29 (quoted above).

Paul concluded his reference about head-covering, at 1Cor.11:16,
"If anyone wants to be contentious about this, we have no other practice—nor do the churches of God."
right after saying 1Cor.11:15.

So those whom the WT says are "spiritually qualified", are not those whom they empower to do their bidding within each Congregation....those spiritual Gentiles (uncircumcised in heart)
(circumcision in the heart by spirit --Rom.2:29 are anointed ones)
who have dared to replace God's anointed priests within His Temple
(the disgusting thing standing in a holy place Matt.24:15; 2Chron.13:9; Eze.44:6-9; 1Cor.3:16; Eph.2:20-22).... No....
Those who "walk by spirit", are God's Sons.....whether they be male or female.

If any cling to the powerful portents and deceptions which strip the Chosen Ones of their place in God's will,
they resist Holy Spirit.
If you don't wish to be in harmony with the frog-like expressions, and take pleasure in this unrighteousness....
be certain your beliefs are derived only from scripture,
or that you are prepared for the consequences. (Rev.16:13,14,15; 2Thess.2:12)
Anointed ones (both male and female) are forbidden to be in subjection to men for any purported reason. Otherwise, they are unfaithful to their real Master. (Gal.1:10)
(pearl-obeymen.blogspot.com)
If you have any scriptures which prove otherwise,
and that are in harmony with the ones I have quoted here,
I do wish for you to send them to me.
I subject myself to scripture and to God my Father. If anyone believes I should be doing otherwise,
please correct me...not on the basis of the deep things of Satan, but on the basis of the words of my Master Christ.

"there is neither male nor female, for you are all sons of God"
"Those who walk by spirit, these are God's sons."
"if someone is caught in a sin, you who walk by spirit should restore him gently"

The scriptures do not define the anointed body of Christ into
...male/female
...Governing Body/the rest of anointed
The parts of Christ's body are defined according to the job assigned by God...
Apostle, prophet, teacher, healer, etc., (Eph.4:11; 1Cor.12:29,18)
without regard to physical flesh.
1Cor.14:39a reads; "Therefore, my brethren, be eager to prophesy".
Was Paul referring only to men, as being eager to prophesy?
The Greek word translated into "brethren"/"brothers", is "adelphoi". It literally means, "from the same womb".
That common mother, is referred to at Gal.4:26 and Ps.110:3, and is a mother covenant to all those born of incorruptible seed (John1:13; James1:18; 1John3:9; Gal.3:26,28-29), irregardless of their physical gender (Gal.3:28). All such "brethren", should be "eager to prophesy" (1Cor.14:39).

"'In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all sorts of people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams." (Acts2:17)
(Acts21:8-9)

  1. I enjoyed your article Pearl.

JW's do not deny that a number of the 144,000 future kings/priests will be women, nor do they deny the fact that Jah has used women as prophets in the past(Anna, who lived in the first century, is one example). Yet they deny that jah is using women as prophets and spiritual leaders today. This doctrine clearly violates the Inspired Word which says, "and in the last days, God says...Upon my men slaves and upon my women slaves I will pour out some of my spirit...and they will prophesy." (Acts 2:16-18)

All creation--including men--will be in subjection to these kings (I like to think of them as queens!)and CO-rulers in the future. That being the case, why would Jehovah require them to subordinate their authority to men now, especially when he says his spirit will lead them directly (Acts 2:16,18; 1 Corinthians 12:4-18; Colossians 1:18)

Once again, you have demonstrated scripturally that Jehovah's Witnesses are in error and thereby working in opposition to Jah's univeral will. Like many others, it is my prayer that they will cease worshipping the "golden calf" i.e, the Governing Body, before it is too late (Exodus 32:1-10,33-35)

  2. Yes...imagine the advantage if Satan, in one blow, can eliminate the whole contribution of all the female sons of God (Gal.3:26,28)? This the WT has done for Satan.
But I must say, that according to clarified scripture (Rev.3:18), the "golden calf" of today, is the "Wild Beast"...like the calf...another "four-legged" beast (Hebrew meaning of "Behemoth").

"All the earth" worship the seven headed "Wild Beast" and it's "Image". (Rev.13:1,8)....
not the anointed false prophet which empowers it with authority (Rev.13:14,15; 9:1,2,3).
The GB wants us to worship the Organization and it's Image...which it controls. They want us to believe that through them, that Organization is "spirit directed".
The only spirit/breath it has, is the breath it has received...NOT from God, but from the false prophet (Rev.13:11,15).
    Thanks for your comment,
    Pearl

  3. I thought it best to leave a related comment here, about my dual subjection...according to my flesh, and according to my spirit.
The human woman who I am in the flesh, remains in subjection to the "law of my husband" (Rom.7:2; 1Cor.7:39; Eph.5:22).
The angelic son of God who I am in the spirit, remains in subjection to the "law of Christ" my redeemer, and in slavery to my Father in Heaven. (Gal.3:28,26; 1:10; 2:20; Gal.6:2; 5:13; 1Cor.4:1; 7:22,23; Matt.25:21; James2:8; Col.3:24; Rev.14:1; 22:3,4) My anointing allows no other subjection of my spirit to another. In my case, my only spiritual head and Master, is Christ (Matt.23:8,10; Eph.1:22; 5:23; Rev.19:7). In my flesh I am jointed to my marriage mate (Mark10:8). In my spirit, I am joined to my Lord (1Cor.6:17,15; John17:21).

  4. Another scripture I found that ties in well with this is the very same one they claim applies to them. The verses in Luke regarding the faithful slave also references 'male and female slaves'. In this verse where the anointed are being specifically discussed, female anointed are confirmed.

    1. Excellent point (Luke12:45). There are females who are working slaves of Christ. They are included in the slaves that are given "talents" to put to use, during the Master's absence (Matt.25:14-15). Matt.25:15 states that such slaves are chosen on the basis of natural ability, not on the basis of physical gender (Gal.3:28).
Regarding natural ability... that is not to say that we can do anything on our own (John15:5). Just as a tool cannot work by itself, but requires a craftsman to wield the tool, making it useful. So too, the ability of an anointed priest can make them useful, if holy spirit directs, teaches, and empowers them.
